"I bought a laptop from another 3rd party amazon vendor and nothing but issues so I rma it still same issues. Amazon gave me full refund and i got one of the 1080 Trion towers. Im on it all day every day. Not one error or anything! You guy are truly Kings and know what you're doing. ( just wish psu was modular i'll get one eventually) but that was my only gripe! "Since the 1st time I shipped my laptop back to CUK, I've experienced all of the same issues that I have since the day I 1st booted up my brand new out of the box laptop. I've paid to have it shipped back twice now. I've been without my laptop for a month at this point while they have conducted tests. The SSD has been replaced. The RAM turned out to be no good and was replaced and the same problems persisted despite whatever stress tests were conducted. After shipping this laptop back a 2nd time they claim that there were no problems found through testing and as a result had the motherboard replaced. Stress tests were conducted again with no meaingful results. Next step was for ME to perform a factory reset on the laptop as a shot in the dark to address any possible OS issues. I don't know why that wasn't done while they had it in their hands the last time I shipped it back. I was told they didn't want to delete any necessary files, but I had already removed or backed all pertinent data to prepare for such an effort. If they had reached out to me to ask they would have known and could have gone forward with the reset. Here we are today. First day working on the laptop again and it's crashed within 10 minutes of use. CUK refuses to grant me a replacement machine or a credit towards a different option altogether. This is clearly a defective product and I'm stuck with it. I'm seriously disappointed in all of my wasted time and money. I'm currently waiting for a remote session so that I can spend more of my time trying to fix a broken machine that I bought brand new from Computer Upgrade Kings. I wish you the best of luck if you decided to buy from them. You might be signing up for a life of hassle."

They were careful with my information - when I typo'd my ship to address after ordering and I tried to update it, they cancelled the order to ensure someone didn't try to re-direct my order. CUK was very professional with the process. Their customer service team were great via email though I could not reach via phone - but response on email was within hours each time I've reached out to them - I had to as I had challenges downloading the free game that came with the order as Nvidia does not do a good job guiding you to the DL site. "I purchased a fairly expensive gaming pc from computer upgrade king via amazon. I could not be more happy with the performance of the computer so far. It's a very fast machine and I have not had any problems with it as of a week of owning it. It was in stock on amazon, I ordered the computer on a thursday night and paid for 1 day shipping and had the computer by noon on saturday and the box looked to be in near perfect conditon. The pc was double boxed and upon removing it had no blemishes. It was up and running minutes after hooking everything up. "ASUS ROG GL752VW DH71 worked OK when I received it, but started crashing after some Windows 10 Microsoft updates were installed and still crashes when I try to boot it up. As received, Windows 10 was installed on mechanical hard drive. I installed Windows 10 on the M.2 SATA drive and it usually boots up OK, but sometimes crashes, like every other Windows 10 installation I have had on 5 different computers (about 30 installations), and many other users have had the same experience. Microsoft really needs to revise Windows 10 so that this fault (kernel auto boost lock acquisition with raised IRQL) does not keep occurring.
