Great Customer Service!!

"I just ordered a computer after talking with Jesse over the phone today about many computer options. I was considering multiple options from Computer King and other competitors as well. What a truly great customer experience, friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and I appreciate all his help and guidance! In a world where customer service seems to be lacking in many of not all areas of business during Covid, this was an awesome experience.

Great custom box for a good price and excellent support; even for a new gamer, like myself

"I am an "old" pilot and new to gaming. I wanted a new computer primarily for the NEW MS FLIGHT SIMULATOR , and a few racing games. Boy, what an education. After much research and comparisons i went with CUK as they have an EXCELLENT group of folks to help you out all the way from buying what you want/really need to help setting the rig up. I ended up with a custom built box configured how i wanted it, at a price that could not be beat by any of the on line sellers, even during the Holidays. I highly recommend them. I am now on first name basis with a bunch of the guys, but they will forget me soon as it is all working great.
PS.. they actually answer the Customer Support Number!!

Great customer service!

"What sets CUK apart in my eyes is their customer service. Prompt, friendly and diligent. I had an issue soon after receiving my new machine. It turns out it had nothing to do with the computer (it was a bad cable I had purchased separately) but the team at CUK stuck it out with me through several steps of troubleshooting and were determined to make sure my issue was resolved. I really appreciated it and will be a repeat buyer for sure. "

"The Customer Support Team at Computer Upgrade King is patient and kind. I hope to stay with this company for the rest of my life.

I was looking for a new laptop to buy that fit my desires. After several days of searching, it seemed that the MSI GS66 Stealth from Computer Upgrade King was to be the one. It was the only laptop within my budget and size range that offered a 240 hz monitor, powerful GPU and CPU, 2 1TB SSDs, and an extremely generous amount of RAM (64 gigs).

I received the laptop in mint condition. However after a few days one of the SSDs failed. I contacted Customer Support and within a week I had a replacement in my hands. They also went out of their way and protected both SSDs with anti-ESD shields to give me peace of mind, as well give me assorted computer peripherals.

The replacement showed thermal issues which were eventually found to be software related and thus fixed. Even so, the Customer Support Team kept in touch with me as I troubleshooted for over a month ready to replace the device if it came down to that.

Never have I seen such patience and kind words from a customer support team ever. I commend them on their jobs.

Very happy

"I ordered an AMD Ryzen 7 Windows machine for video editing and for livestreaming with OBS.

I'm very pleased with the machine. Works great.

CUK was also very good with questions before and after purchase.

If I have any complaint it's that it took a few days longer than I expected to deliver. But I don't think it was outside of what they said.

By Far the Best I Have Found in Decades!

"Wow! Computer Upgrade King rocks!! I've purchased my gaming systems from different companies over the years but grew tired of the impersonal "cookie cutter" service from the larger companies. I was feeling somewhat rudderless and anxious about which company to choose for my next computer. I decided to take a chance on CUK (via their listings on Amazon) and I am VERY glad I did!! They have a large selection of gaming computers to choose from, and they built an amazing, robust and attractive system that is a pleasure to use AND to look at. Their customer service is amazing!! What a plus!! And, best of all, their company is entirely located in the US!! That means US jobs both for building and servicing their products. I experienced a hiccup when the keyboard I received with the computer didn't work properly. Jesse was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement immediately! I also received prompt advice about choosing a video adaptor so I could use my older monitor with the high-end graphics card on the system. I now feel very confident about where I'm going to order my future systems: Computer Upgrade King!!"

Trustworthy and Serious Company

"I bought A PC built from Computer upgrade king a month and a half ago, From the very moment I placed my order my experience with this company was great! I would receive follow up emails and information about my purchase, I would call every now and then to ask about the components on my PC and I would always receive info with no hold time or anything, I want to point out that this all took place during the COVID Situation and still received immediate attention, I had read some mixed reviews about this company and was not 100% sure at first so if you are thinking whether you should buy from this guys I would say: Stop thinking, this guys really take their job seriously, the packaging was flawless, I received the configuration just as requested and the interest of this guys in serving is GENUINE! Thanks for the flawless experience and to anyone reading this, stay safe."

"I ordered my pc over two years ago and it’s a beast! They shipped it all the way to Puerto Rico an it arrived in perfect shape! Recently two of my pc fans started failing so I sent a ticket through their site and Jesse from their support team shipped me new fans under warranty in less than a week! More Bang for Your Buck

"Amazing custom service, at a better price than anywhere else I could find. I almost settled for less at a higher cost until I discovered CUK. I was in the market for a pre-built pc, and with CUK I was able to get the model I decided on for less money than anywhere else I could find. Not only that, but I was able to upgrade my ram storage to 32gb and it still cost less than Adorama or Newegg.
I was more than impressed with their professional service, fantastic communication, thoroughness, and timely delivery. Definitely give these guys your business!

First class in all respects: excellent selection, best prices anywhere, best options, support is a joy to work with

"I highly recommend Computer Upgrade King (CUK).
If you want the best pc/laptop for the money and no hassle if you have a problem these are the guys you want to do business with.
We bought an MSI gaming laptop with many customizations via Amazon.
I didn't know who they were until I found them on Amazon; happy to have found them - will do business again.
Best price by far, super customizable options, all the top options available, selection is excellent.
One of the only places we could find a 64GB RAM option for a laptop.
Support is first class, super fast response on email, friendly, knowledgeable, very clear and to the point.
Took care of our RMA at every step, including comp'd shipping to and from, quick turn-around, and did not charge us a dime!
I've worked with a LOT of vendors over the years and these guys impressed me - a rare find - first class in all respects.

BEST 2020 VISION & BEYOND

"I'm truly proud to be an owner of the amazing machine built from ground-up just for me. I got a very powerful PSU, i9, 32GB RAM, 2TB NVME, & the famous RTX 2080ti graphic processor. The visuals of Red Dead Redemption 2 are beyond belief compared directly to my PS4. My PS4 has absolutely no use now because of my Upgrade Kings. It's now confirmed next gen consoles won't be nearly as powerful as 2080 ti as well. Incredibly, the Kings sold me my machine for way less than building one with own components. Which is never the case with any competition. They had a great promotion with 2 new games, & also I got a promotional free RGB Keyboard, mouse, and a usb network card. Their service is also nothing short of amazing. Even as much as a question about included games was answered literally in a few short minutes. The support in my opinion is more customer centric than Amazon itself. Also a great plus is the 3 year limited warranty. That gives me a true peace of mind. I see Kings to be nothing short of the world leader in Computer manufacturing. As they've learned to build a machine exactly for the user as opposed to the user having to profusely seek out their perfect machine from this huge market of options. Best company to watch 2020 & beyond. A true force."

Delayed warranty claim causing severe economic hardship

Dear Ms.Hsu,

On December 4th 2018, I purchased a CUK ROG Zephyrus M Notebook for $2499.99 including a year warranty. On October 5th 2019, the SSD malfunctioned. On October 7th, I contacted support (cc) to inform them of the issue. Christopher Murray (cc) responded requesting the serial number, which I provided. On October 8th, he walked me through troubleshooting it, which didn't fixed the issues. We tried this, back and forth for several days. Eventually he provided with a copy of an RMA in order to send in my computer for repair. I sent my computer on October 9th, through UPS. On October 16th, I received an email from Austin Oakes (Research & Repair Manager at CUK) (cc), where he informed me that the repairs where completed successfully and my computer was ready to be shipped back to me. I provided him with my address, and he mailed my computer back to me. On October 21st, I received my computer physically damaged with 2 broken pieces. I immediately emailed Christopher Murray informing him of the damages and attached pictures of my computer's damage. He replied by asking for a picture of the box, which I complied. He informed me he will file a shipping claim, and likely UPS will come and inspect the unit. 8 days later, on October 29th, I got an email from Christopher, letting me know he will update me once he had more information on the status of the claim. I waited a few days, and on November 4th, I wrote to Christopher letting him know that I would be leaving the country soon and I needed to know how long the process would take and if there was anyway for me to speed it up. He replied by apologizing for the delay, and informing me that based on a conversation he had with UPS, the claim would be paid. He wrote: "...this in mind, i am going to get a new unit pulled and build for you to get you back up and running." I replied with my address expecting to receive my new computer promptly. On November 5th, Christopher emailed me letting me they did not have a replacement for my damaged unit, but he was waiting for parts to repair my original computer. I found this very odd, since UPS had already paid the shipping claim. Later on the day on November 5th, I received an email from Anthony Iverson (cc) informing me that the ASUS portal use to order parts was undergoing maintenance therefore they were unable to order the replacement parts for my damaged unit. On November 8th, I emailed Christopher to ask for any updates. Jesse (no last name - Customer Service Representative at CUK) send me an email informing me they were waiting for the parts to arrive by the following week, and once they did receive it, they will repair it and send the unit back to me.

I consider myslef a very patient man, I have paid fully for a computer and a warranty. I followed all the instructions and completed all the forms. It has been 9 DAYS since the last time I got any information from any of the above mentioned employees at CUK. At this point, it's been more than 45 days dealing with this simple repair. This lack of professionalism and inability to fulfill your company's end of bargain has caused extreme damage to my livelihood. I am soon to take a years long trip and it is imperative I take my private property with me. Property I might add, that has been fully paid by me and by the UPS shipping claim.

Ms. Hsu, giving the blatant inability of your employees to complete their work in a professional, honest and timely manner, I am writing directly to you in hope that at least one person has the intention, capacity and managerial skill to complete and solve this present issue. My computer is how I make my living, 45 days without being able to use it and the days that will follow this email are only gravitating the economic damage I am sustaining.

At this point, and giving that the computer has been paid twice, all I ask for is a complete and full refund.

I urge you to take quick and swift action to solve my problem.
