"The guys at Cleveland Plasma were great. They are very responsive, follow up aggressively and seem committed to a good customer experience. Delivery was so quick that I was not ready to take it the first day they wanted to deliver it which was also a great surprise. I was expecting it to come by the end of the week and they were ready to bring it on tuesday.
I did not realize the delivery service included setup so I just took it at the garage but the guys were more than willing to bring it in the house if I had asked. Unexpected but nice.
The price was also excellent and very, very competitive and really made me willing to pull the trigger rather than wait on 2010 LG and Sharp models. "

"Ordered a Panasonic TC-P58V10 from them on Feb 13, 2010 received it on Feb 26, yes - 13 days to ship it across 3 states (Ohio to Iowa) :( The TV is perfect, couldn't be happier with that part of it, but $100.00 for shipping and a 13 day wait for something "in stock" is utterly ridiculous. And to top it off, they lower the price of the TV by $100.00 a week after I pay for mine! Sorry but I cannot and have not recommended this place to anyone. "

I was informed of all the requirements behind the purchase and shipping well in advance. "I imported a 58" TV into Canada using a shipping postal outlet on the US side of the border. Chris was very helpful, especially with instructions on insurance, how to check the unit for flaws, etc. Chris helped me contact the freight company and I ended up collecting the unit from the freight dock a day erlier than scheduled drop-off to the postal outlet. Saved me a few bucks and more importantly allowed me to check the TV was A-OK before accepting it. Highly recommended. 5-Stars"

"Extremely pleased with my new Panasonic TC-P65S1 plasma TV and the whole experience with Chris from Cleveland Plasma. As other reviewers have noted, Chris is extremely knowledgeable about the plasma world, and has contracted very good logistics people (Manna) to handle the delivery side of the business. Like many people, I was a bit wary of ordering such a large TV over the internet and then hoping the delivery would go well, but the logistics people had a confirmed delivery date in the Pacific Northwest within a couple of days of my order, and arrived within about 10 minutes of the start of the delivery window. They had the box open and I did the quick tests done within a couple of minutes.

“Item was ordered on Saturday 02-13-10. First day item could ship was 3 days later, 02-16-10 because Monday 02-15-10 was a national holiday, Presidents Day. North East Ohio was hit on 02-15-10 by a major snow storm that was in the news, as the whole northeastern part of the US was effected. Most areas received 10"-30" of snow within a four day period. In our terms of use we do cover this area by stating “ Usually within 48 hours of your order being placed you will usually receive tracking and a invoice for your purchase via your email account. (Standard freight is 3-5 business days but can take 3-10 business days if there are delays.) Seeing that the order was received on 02-26-10, the item arrived in 9 business days. During this time we were in contact to update or client on the status of his order, as we work very hard to make orders flow in a positive manner, however no one stops “mother nature”. Please note, client never contacted us before leaving this review by phone or e-mail. Just after this review was left we did try to contact the client by phone and we where hung up on.
