"Our new 65" Panasonic plasma ordered from Cleveland Plasma was delivered today! I did the inspection process outlined by Cleveland Plasma, including powering on the unit to make sure that a menu is displayed, and everything went perfectly! They have selected a great delivery company: the guy was very nice, and was helpful in taking off the top box to check the TV for damage. He didn't mind me hooking it up to power briefly, and in fact encouraged it.

"Truly a wonderful and glitch free process from ordering to receipt. I purchased the Panasonic TC-P58VT25 Plasma, set a delivery date on-line through Manna Distribution web-site, my new TV arrived on-time, not a scratch on the box or the set, the driver was nice enough to even help me put on stand, plug it in and test it. It was quite refreshing, to have a company do what they say they're going to do for a change. I chose CP after a lot of research, I saw this TV on-line between $100 - $200 cheaper then CP, but I probably would have never received the merchandise... It was well worth the additional cash (still saving $830, including tax) if I would have bought it at Bestbuy.
Also, would like to make a "shout out" to Chris, who was awesome in walking me through what needed to be done upon delivery and through the entire process, with quick response times as well!

Also, I highly recommend spending the extra bucks on calibration of TV's. My factory settings were way off of THX standards and Chad (through Cleveland Plasma) has my set looking spectacular.

I ordered a Panasonic TC-P58VT25 TV, a Panasonic DMP-BDT350 Blu-Ray player, and some cables on a Sunday. There was a small issue with the credit card company that Cleveland Plasma called me about before the credit card company even called, and they prepared me for the exact steps I needed Visa to do that would solve the problem in the fastest possible way. They were exactly right, and the out-of-state approval went right through.
The TV arrived the following Friday (was in town Thursday) and came off the truck completely unscathed. Not even a scratch on the box. And even though I'd said that everything but the TV should be shipped to my office, they cleverly shipped the cables directly to my house, too. Their service was exemplary all around. I had already referred someone else who got a 65" TV a few months ago, and I will definitely do so again.

Chris indicated that he expected availability shortly and that he would let me know as soon as they were in. Sure enough, I received a phone call and a follow up email. I then received an email confirming my order and another from the carrier arranging for a delivery date and time. The TV arrived on time--but unfortunately came in damaged. Chris' inspection instructions were most helpful here. The carrier took back the TV without any questions and re-delivered a new one approximately one week later. It arrived in perfect condition and on the date and time promised. Why would I buy electronics from anyone else?"
