The accounting company claims I made a charge-back on an order and will not allow any purchases until I pay for the order. The problem is, it wasn't my order, I didn't receive anything, and it wasn't even my credit card that charged them back, but somehow my name got tied to their mess. "I purchase cigars for myself and several other places. Cigarbid was one place that I had used. Prices were reasonable but certainly not unbeatable. However, about a year ago issues started cropping up. Website auctions wouldn't work, missed shipping dates, dry cigars, etc. The company actually acknowledged just how bad they were and offered me 30% off and free shipping. So I thought I'd try em again... they said they were more organized now. Of course, after taking time to bid on several auctions, problems came in droves. Missed shipment date, no explanation or even answer from customer service for quite some time, and eventually they just deleted all my won auctions! What?! Yup, never trust them again."
