Terrible customer service experience

"Previously my experience with cigarbid had been good, however, I recently won two different bids. Neither order was fulfilled for several days so I contacted their support who advised the order would be shipped soon and to makeup for the delay it would be shipped expedited.

After about 1 week a partial order was shipped but not expedited. Now I have half of the order not processed after more than thirty days and the part of the order that was shipped was not expedited. No response on my inquiries, very disappointing experience.

Service.. What Service?

"Yes, just like anyone else I have been buying cigars at very good price and had no issue except occasionally have my cigars arrived extremely dry. However I won a bid of La Antiguedad by My Father. Three weeks passed by and still no cigars. I have emailed them three times and nobody ever replied. I have tried to call them many times, but most of the time I am getting busy signals. Times when I am getting through I am waiting for hour or so without anybody answering. Why would you have Contact Us page or 1-800 number if you are not replying or answering? It is so frustrating,"

"Let me start off by saying that the prices are OUTSTANDING. That's all.
Three five star reviews claiming fast shipping? Maybe I am just spoiled because I do so much Amazon shopping. I ordered two five-packs from cigarbid.com on March 31st. They shipped on the 1st; pretty quick right? They arrived at my local UPS warehouse where I have picked things up before on the 3rd; still pretty quick. My problem is, I cannot go to the UPS store because it was shipped UPS SmartPost (waste of time and money) and they can't arrange for me to pick it up. Now, my package will be delivered to USPS tomorrow and "should" arrive at my house Tuesday April 7. I wanted this review to be detailed because of the "quick" delivery times everyone else is posting. When I get my other package in another week, I will discontinue using.

"Great place to get deals on cigars and accessories. I've been shopping here for 3 years and orders have always been accurate, communication is top-notch, and shipping is fast. The one time I had an issue with a product (not CBid's fault), their email response came within 2 hours and the whole issue was resolved at no cost to me. "

"2 five packs of stogies and a pair of decent quality twin blade guillotine cutters for less than $20 shipped spells a good deal; IMHO. Items were quickly shipped and nicely packed as well.
