"On my second order, CigarBid had issues processing payment. No explanation was given as to why and nothing changed on my payment profile between my first and second order. I received an email asking me to call them to get it sorted out. Upon calling, I was on hold for almost 48 minutes. Once I finally got someone on the phone (Shauna), she "ran the card again" and it went through without issue. It's almost as if they didn't want to process my order (though I have no idea why).
If it takes almost 52 minutes to straighten out a nonsensical error on only my second order, there is no way they're getting any more of my business.
Cigarbid, fix your broken processes."
"I see all the negative reviews. Im new to the cigar game. This is the only site ive ordered from. Ive always received my cigars within a few days. Seems customer service is where most bad reviews are talking about. Fortunately all of my orders has been on point and have never had to contact cus. Serv. Maybe the bad reviews was awhile ago and they have addressed whatever issues that were going on. PS i always get a good price. I do my research on prices across many sites before i place a bid. I never bid according to the suggested retail. I bid based on actual selling price on other sites, and i always figure in shipping and fees b4 i bid also"

"I have purchased from CigarBid many times. I was just successful in winning 3 measly Illusione Maduros amongst my haul. A CG4 was the auction introductory photo. Another photo I did not notice in the body of the listing was a VERY light MJ12 (stogie folks know they approach black). A polite CS rep said I could return them; CB would wave the restocking fee; I would be reimbursed for the 3 cigars ("could not send" replacement CG4s); I would have to pay return postage ($20 worth of cigars). I was counseled to thoroughly read all the listing. This is certainly a mickey mouse scenario. The peeve comes from the lack of ointerest by CB it has a reasonable responsibility of accurate representation. "

"I have been a Cigar Bid customer for years. Their shipping was always poor. Packing has always been limited, leaving the cigars unprotected bouncing around. Now they have shipped me the wrong cigars. Acid Cigars, hell who smokes those? No reply to my emails. Guess I’ll try calling, but from other reviews it looks like it will not be any better. I’m giving great consideration to not use them again.
Not enough of a savings to risk. Cigar international owns them so I’m not going to use them either.
