"I ordered a PAC interface on 6/3/19. The Car Audio Giants website confirmed that it was in stock and promised a tracking number within 24-48 hours. After that time period elapsed, I reached out via email and phone to get an update. Come to find out that the phone number listed on their site was not in service and the vendor was not responsive via email. After several day of waiting for tracking info, I requested that the order be canceled. I receive an email later that day stating that the order was canceled because it was back-ordered with no ETA then the initial charge was reversed. A week later the package showed up on my doorstep and my credit card had been charged again. Being that I had already ordered, received, and installed the PAC interface via a different vendor, I no longer needed this one. I have sent countless emails to the vendor requesting an RMA and pre-paid return shipping label but haven't gotten a response. I have since filed a dispute with my Credit Card company and will be filing a complaint with the BBB."
"Bought (tried to.....lol) an Infinity Reference 704A four channel amplifier from them because it was set at what was the best price on the internet.....cool! I receive a receipt conformation email....great! So far so smooth, the way it should be. "Ships between 1-2 business days." I'm a very patient guy, really patient guy. I'm so patient that I could probably watch paint dry, but paint doesn't take 16 f*cking days to dry! Guess what? I'm writing this review a month and two days later from the day that I bought my sh*t, and guess what? Still haven't received my amp or any info regarding to shipping. They're located in San Bernardino which is like the capitol city of crackheads along with Lake Elsinore, so I wouldn't be surprised if the place was ran by a bunch of tweaker zombies with bloodshot eyeballs and missing teeth. If you read this far thanks and I hope you got some comic relief out of it (I sure did) and please don't buy from Car Audio Giants. I learned the hard way and many others have so please do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and buy from somewhere like Crutchfield, Amazon, and many other awesome sites. I made this mistake because Crutchfield was out of stock on the particular amp I wanted at the time so I figured that it would be okay to buy from somewhere else. But now they are back in stock so I'm just going to buy it from them. "
"I placed an order on Dec. 17. Their policies states that it would ship with in 48 hrs. When I didnt here anything by the 23rd I tried emailing and calling. No one ever emailed or called me back. Then on the 24 I saw were they just canceled my order. I still haven heard from anyone. What kind of business practice is this !!!! "
"I cancelled my order less then 5 hours of ordering it. Sent 4 emails and left 3 voicemails over the the course of 3 days. 4 days later I get a confirmation that they are shipping my order! Over a week later, still no response. Horrible customer service and I will no longer be using this company. Trying to force the unwanted sale on me and not allowing me to return the unwanted item."
"I placed an order early Thursday morning and still haven't heard from them by end of day Monday. 24-48 hour confermation, my @$$. No customer service via phone or email. Sounds like they have a habit of saying they have things not in stock, but they sure charge you right away. Go to Crutchfield, or anywhere else. At least they will let you know if they are out of stock and only charge you when they have the item. No wonder my credit card company thought this was a fraudulent charge. They get a ton of complaints! If I don't hear from them by tomorrow, I'm having my bank refund my money. "

I emailed support and never received a response from them. Item arrived without ever emailing me any other order information besides initial order confirmationtion.
