It was a gr8 experience with the Camera Kings. Inspite of some bad review on the internet for the camera kings, I decided to order the camera through Camerakings and they met my expectation in all areas which customer can expect from a dealer. The prices are the best - almost 120$ difference between bestbuy/walmart and Camerakings. The customer care service is also good. The package reached on time.

Few things I will suggest for the Camerakings.
1. Try to put some money to make the website better(which I heard under process from customer care of Camerakings).
2. Your website does not comes in the google result at the top , so you have to do some hard work to increase the rating etc so that people will be able to find the website up in the order.

Rest is ok. Overall very very satisfied.

"I called first to insure that the Canon camcorder I was planning to purchase was not a "grey market" camera and to confirm the price (which was much lower than other stores). The salesman was very helpful and assured me that it was a U.S. model and that the price was correct. I thanked him and told him I was going to order on line. He said that would be fine but it would be faster if I placed the order with him - which I did. He did recommend some accessories, which I declined to buy. There was no hard sell. I received my camera a couple of days later, plus a free case, tripod and camera care kit. I have done business with these folks in the past and based on this latest purchase will continue to do business with them in the future."

"Charged $108.97 for products that actually costs $37.48. Shipped wrong products. Refused to provide line item cost on the invoice making it difficult to discover the overcharge. When confronted about the $71.49 overcharge they denied any wrong doing and tried to justify the overcharge. They could not explain how the original charge of $108.97 was calculated. This company is not honest and their customer service people are trained to try and cover up the overcharge. I will report them to the New Jersey BBB and file a complaint with the state attorney general asking them to investigate their business practices for a possible class action lawsuit. This company is a professional pick pocket so watch out"

"Overall I feel like a good purchase has been made. I am a bit upset because I got a follow up call from a salesman to sell me a warranty on the product I purchased. They insisted that the product does not come with a warranty even though the web site says a one year. He insisted they are not authorized dealers of the product and no warranty would be valid unless I bought one from them. I was uncharged for a two year extended warranty. Hopefully it will be of use."
