I have had it for a month, now. I am pleased with it my new pc. No problems to report with function or build. Fast delivery; Well put together; Fair price.

After many deliberations, I decided on a plain, but expensive want. I found the price to be market fair, comparative to buying the parts and building it myself.
The turn around was quick. Ordered it on a Friday morning, overnight. I had it the following Saturday.
My build arrived solidly packed for travel. No problems to report with function or build (except for minor scratches of graphic card paint-- invisible until rpg is lighted--perhaps due to the protective foam molded to card?). My machine works and looks as I hoped and fretted for. Cpu Solutions has satisfied my expectations.

Caveat: I opted for UPS ground delivery. I also opted for a "when delivered" notification. UPS driver did not deliver to door (normally, this has not been a failing, practiced), nor get a required signature. I had to go, blindly, in search of package. I found it sitting (on the sidewalk), unsecured, where my apartment complex mailboxes are located. Promising a within the hour follow-up, I have yet to here back from UPS as to where or what the driver did with the50lb(approx) box I had to lug, relievedly, back to my apartment.

My PC arrived and would not power on. I contacted support via email and soon we started to troubleshoot things. Excellent service, and when everything I could do on my end didn't work they sent a new PSU. When it didn't work, I shipped the PC back.

For anyone thinking of buying and wondering if this company stands behind their builds, products and workmanship. I want everyone to know: Yes 100% they sure do.

Mind you I am 100% happy and over the moon even with the unfortunate DOA of my new PC. I do not blame or hold CPU Solutions for this. I mention it to point out they actually back their workmanship.

CPU Solutions took care of the shipping with an return label not just from me to them, but both ways.
I was given the choice of a NEW machine being chipped out once mine was received. Or they can repair mine AKA more likely replace the motherboard. I chose to let them decide.

Maybe a week or so went by and my PC was back home, now working. This may vary for people as it is based on how busy the tech repairing things is, how many customers before you have repairs being made.

Read the warranty information on the site. It is very helpful and is backed up 100%.
