Ordered a gaming desktop (specs below) on 12-19-22. Order was placed, confirmed, assembled, burn-in tested, and shipped within 5 business days. I contacted support multiple times with questions about the product, and without fail they always responded (except a couple days before and after Christmas of course) and provided to-the-point responses with good information, and always answered my questions in full.

Received the product today on 12-29-22. Double boxed, foam and bubble wrap filled PC case for protection. No dents, scratches, or wires hanging on the inside of the case. Everything in place except one screw for the AIO radiator that caused a mild wobbling sound on the fan underneath when running. Obviously a very simple fix. All extra assessories from my power supply and windows 11 installation were included in the motherboard box.

I watch a lot of GamersNexus on youtube, specifically reviews on companies he will buy prebuilts from. I was horrified by the way NZXT, IBuyPower, CyberPower. HP, Dell ect assembled those rigs. Loose screws, dented frames, cords halfway unplugged from the motherboard, missing parts and so on. So i was nervous about ordering a prebuilt in general and was suspicious of the incredibly good reviews of CPU solutions as a lot of companies will post or buy fake reviews for themselves to increase reputation.
