Todd was excellent in his customer support and Tim provided the perfect answers quickly. It is so nice to deal with real people, not be put on hold and get exactly what you ordered on time. They dealt with a computer novice and was treated as if I was a pro by explaining the options. People get tangled up about price, however it makes no sense to purchase a large ticket item without the support of keeping it humming smoothly.
