"CPU Solutions turned out to be a wise choice for me. Although I have done more than 120 builds myself, I wanted to find a company to do this build for me. I researched more than a dozen companies before deciding to give CPU Solutions a try.

Regarding cost, they have a slight markup over the absolute cheapest figures you can find for components online. They are not the cheapest out there, but their prices are still less than the big, well-known companies. In my opinion, paying their small markup is well worth it.

One of the factors that influenced my decision is the fact they have a direct phone line, which is actually answered by a human being! Imagine that. Who ever heard of such a thing? To me, their customer service and general responsiveness was valuable.

As far as the build itself, I found myself impressed. Their installation of components, cable management, and overall attention to detail was outstanding. I’ll give you one example of what I mean. The fan in the side of the case plugs into a header on the motherboard. Rather than let that cord lie loose, they realized that if someone were to remove the side panel of the case, there might be a possibility of inadvertently tugging on the plug attached to the header. So they added a little tie attaching the cord to the PSU cover to absorb any pull. Now, if someone were to tug on the cord when removing the side panel, that tie would prevent any problems with the plug and header. The builder did not need to add that tie. Doing so was beyond what was necessary in assembling this computer. But that tie was thoughtful, and it represents a perfect example of what I mean by attention to detail. They are to be commended for such detail-aware workmanship.

Some other points worth mentioning: all manuals, cords, and extra parts were sent to me; packaging for shipment was extremely thorough and effective; and all the latest versions of updates and drivers were properly installed, meaning I saw no exclamation marks in Device Manager!

Overall, CPU Solutions exceeded my expectations. They built a machine to top standards with minimal markup over the cost of finding parts and building it myself. Who could ask for more than that? Consider me satisfied.

"The short description of my experience is "CPU Solutions did not disappoint". Was looking to build a new desktop for upcoming Windows 11. Built many PCs for myself and friends and am tired of doing all the compatability checking, so decided to check these folks out for the first time in a while. That sold me on placing the order. Their cheapest shipping was far from free, but you get what you pay for. The service was worth the price and the time from order to receipt of the product was only 4 days!! Lastly, the package I received was not only still completely assembled after their testing, but was completely protected in appropriate wrap but included the original MB box, manual, and accessories.. Will definitely use them again for the next build. Well worth the few extra $$$."
