Your product arrived in great shape, I finally took it into Best Buy to replace in my HP Envy Rove AiO 20. Best Buy tells me it doesn't quite work, too wide. I didn't have a part number when I ordered but do now since they finally opened my unit. The part number is 732481-001, I can't find a source for that but would think some HP cooling fan would be a capable replacement. Can you examine the specs and sell me one that would replace the unavailable 732481-001. "

"I needed a PSU that was boldly labelled 'in stock' and 'ships in 2-3 business days'. I got the exact item I needed but it was shipped 6 days after my credit card was charged. The fine print on CPU Medics site states shipping is 5-7 business days. The unit is good quality. Customer service is good if you use the web site contact link. The telephone number leads to a recording where you leave a message (small company necessity). The contact link does get prompt responses though. So, I score it a 5 for the item CPU Medics shipped me and a 5 for customer service. The license to claim 'in stock' and '2-3 business day shipping', when it isn't, is a reach and gets 3 stars. Prepayment for a small company is OK to avoid them getting scammed; BUT, it doesn't take 6 days to verify a credit card payment (1 star). Overall, this gets a 3 star rating due to misleading me to believe they had the item in hand and the prepayment to shipping time delay. "
