"I ordered a couple of SSD's for some business POS' we have in the restaurants. They arrived in reasonable time to repair what needed repair. But one of the two SSDs had issues on boot up while the other worked beautifully. I contacted CPU Medics support through email and had a call with Adam (mgr, CPU Medics) within a couple hours. We talked about the problem and he shipped out a new device within four hours of my inquiry. I have received it but have not yet installed the new second SSD. Even without knowing it's status, this has been a great experience from ordering to selection to delivery to support.
