"I purchased an HDD for a security system. The product was delivered Oct. 10th, installed at the church on Oct. 15, and worked for a few weeks. We noticed the recording would not playback on Oct. 29th. The 30 day warranty period ended on November 10th. I contacted the customer service Nov. 26, received a call Nov. 28 and was told sorry, nothing can be done. I was not asking for a refund, I was asking for a replacement. However, the representative just said sorry, we can only honor the 30 day return. If you want a product that will last, I recommend you purchase from somewhere else."
"One of the two fans in my laptop sounded as if it was on its last legs. Luckily, I saved a copy of the repair manual when I bought it and I was able to locate the part number pretty easy. I did a quick Google search reading review and finally decided to buy it from CPU Medics. The price and shipping was reasonable unlike some places. My fan arrived very well protected. "I ordered a power supply for my Dell AlienWare in the evening at 7:00 PM. Later that night I realized that the Motherboard was the issue. So that next morning I called in to see if I could cancel my order. While I was leaving a message I got a call back from CPU Medics. I gave them my Order number and literally got an email in 30 seconds confirming the cancellation. So my experience is these guys are there and they are on it. I will think of them again if I need PC parts."
