"I originally posted a very negative review of CCG Armory that I have since redacted after getting my refund. My problem was that I ordered an item marked as being in stock, which they then informed me of not being in stock after charging my Paypal account for the full amount. Then after a few months of waiting, I asked for the order to be a canceled and asked for a refund. After waiting a few months for my refund and getting frustrated with the lack of communication about the status of my refund I posted a negative review here. Shortly after I was contacted by CCG Armory and was able to get my refund.
You may ask why I still only rated them 3 stars after getting my refund.
Well, it's because I still feel that they were un-responive and terse in their communication. After I initially refund I asked for they weren't very helpful via e-mail until I mentioned getting Paypal involved. They were more responsive after that and we figured out that they had sent the refund to the wrong e-mail address. A completely understandable mistake given that I used a different e-mail address with the order then my Paypal account.
So I gave them the correct e-mail address and waited. I sent them 3 e-mails over the course of the month and they didn't respond until I posted my original negative review on Reseller Ratings. Once they got in contact with me after the review I once again gave them my Paypal account e-mail and they got me my refund.
These are the events as they happened. Everyone makes mistakes, and it's completely possible that my e=mails got lost in the shuffle. I am glad they came through in the end and I got my refund."

"Awful experience. I pay on Thursday. They send me an email tell me that the item has been packed up and ready to be picked up for shipping on Monday. Then they email the next day making some excuse that their last case was water damaged, yet they now have this item listed on their website for almost $20 higher.
Obviously what they told me about the item being packed up and ready to be picked up was a complete lie."
"These guys are amazing, I ordered 2 games from them. One was a pre-order and the other was a regular in stock game, they emailed me after placing the order(9:45pm EST) to clarify something and then quickly got it out the next day. I then had a question about a game that is out of print and was curious of they could get me any information about it, they called up the company that makes the game and found out everything I needed to know. AMAZING!!!!"
"I ordered 3 boxes of Avacyn Restored back in April 2012 as a pre-order. The product released on 5/4/2012 and I never heard a peep from these guys until I sent an email asking for information on what my order status was. They told me that they had yet to receive the shipping cost ($9.95) as their site allowed me to use their free shipping coupon (NOTE: They told me that the free shipping coupon does not apply to booster box sales). Interesting enough their site still allows you to enter in the coupon code. Alright, I sent the $9.95 to them via PayPal and did not hear back from them. I sent them another email and found that they were out of stock. They said that they would get more boxes in on Friday (5/11) a full week after the product released. I was furious that they sold my product that I reserved as part of the pre-order. They had my money...just not the shipping. So I gave them the benefit of a doubt and waited until the week after and I didn't hear back from them until I disputed the charge the following Monday (a week and some change after the product had released).
I hope that this review convinces someone to not purchase from this retailer. They have horrible customer experience and do not care for you at all. Make sure to pay through some way that you can dispute to protect yourself. I am going elsewhere to purchase this product even if it means that it will cost me more. It is NOT worth the hassle to deal with this business."
"i placed an order 0n 5-8-12. it is a 12" frank the bunny from donnie darko. im meeting the actor on 5-18-12. i have tried calling(no call backs) emailing no response. i orde from them a few years back and went through the same thing. shame on me i know for giving them a second chance. ive made hundreds of transactions online and this company is by far the most unprofessional by far. take warning if you order from them you will probably end up regretting it."

"I ordered a red lantern ring and lantern and when I received it, the packaging was already opened and taped back closed. The items were a lot smaller then let on and everything is so fragile. Just turning on the ring feels like it's going to snap in half with the way it's creaking. Honestly a huge ripoff for the money it cost."
