"HORRIBLE! I made my purchase over 3 weeks ago, with 3-6 day shipping. 2 weeks later I had still not received it, and had to contact them 3 times before they even responded. Once they did respond they were very short and didn't seem all that concerned or apologetic. They informed me the package must be lost in transit and that they'd let me know in a couple days. I waited a day or two and contacted them again, explaining that it was a birthday present that I needed ASAP, and asked them to please reship my order immediately. I didn't get a response for another day or two and this time it simply said they had no more to send me and would be refunding my order. Really? 3 1/2 weeks after it shipped?! I now have only 1 week to find another site to buy it through. If they had been prompt in responding to my numerous emails I would have at least had enough time to buy it somewhere else. Now I won't have my boyfriends birthday gift in time. :(

I get the feeling this is one of those websites run out of someone's living room. The email responses were extremely casual, lacked punctuation, and were simply signed "jeremy"."

"This place is the best. I've bought many board games from many online stores and each has had their shortcomings. Poor pricing, delayed delivery, or even poor customer service. In my personal experience, I feel confident in saying, you wont have these problems with CCG Armory. The prices are the best, the shipping is nearly immediate, and their customer service really feels like customer service. In the future, even if CCG Armory doesn't have the lowest price (although it always has thus far), I'm still buying from them. There is something to be said in this day and age for a business that seems to care about its customers and to provide the best service that they are able to. I used their online help feature and talked to a nice person that told me when they would be in stock and shipping. Sure enough a few days later it was on my doorstep. "First and LAST time dealing with CCG Armory.

Placed an order on 12/27/2011 for three Game of Thrones miniatures. All three were in stock per CCG's website, my credit card was charged, and I received notification they were shipped on 1/3/2012 and that I would receive them via USPS Priority 3-5 days.

Here it is 2/1 and I have yet to receive my order. The USPS website shows "Electronic Shipping Info Received", but no other detailed into. Which basically says they never sent the package.

I have sent CCG Armory about a dozen emails and two phone calls. I have received no responses to my emails and when I called their number, nobody answered so I left a voicemail. That was a week ago and still no reply from them. Today I noticed their customer service chat said "Live" so I sent a message...my response was that nobody was there to answer my request.

I am completely perplexed at why I can't seem to reach anyone at CCG. Judging by other reviews here it seems many have no problem getting their orders, or contacting them. But a few, and now I guess I'm one of those, do experience similar problems. I guess I am going to get no resolution trying to contact them. I should probably just write off the $27.22...it's becoming too much of a bother."

"This is the worst online game store I have ever ordered from. After placing an order I received information that one item was out of stock and that my order would be completed with a few day delay. I contacted the company when it was past the delivery date. I heard about some problems and that I would get my stuff the following week. Of course nothing happened and since then I've been trying to get in touch with them. The online customer service was offline the whole pre-Christmas and Christmas season and they didn't respond to my 2 emails. I cancelled the order after over 3 weeks of nothing happening. "I was very impressed with this company. I placed an order on a Sunday morning around 11am and by 2pm my order was ready to ship. My package arrived in 3 days and the way it was protected in the package was also impressive. I've ordered books before and if you are careful you can tear the jacket of the book, but CCG wrapped the book individual of the packaging surrounding it, I really liked that. I would recommend this site to anyone and I will definitively be ordering from them again. It's hard to find a company today that knows the meaning of customer service so Thank You CCG Armory you were wonderful to do business with. "
