This merchant has really good prices, which should have been a warning. I really wish I had searched about them first. I purchased an order containing multiple items, and the shipment I received was missing two of the items (worth about $180). Their customer service answered only one of my emails about the shipment, and they claimed that the items would be shipped, "as detailed below." There were no details, and after several weeks I have not received any other replies from their customer service team, no information about my shipment, nor the missing items. It seems that there are many other complaints online about their poor shipping practices and unresponsive customer service."

So the story goes. Placed an international order with CCG Armory, money was authorized immediately, all items were confirmed by email to be in stock in advance.
Now, 6 days later, no response from support, no order status change (still "pending"). What is going on? I really really want my order, and i want it to be shipped in a reasonable time (like, 2-3 days after payment) especially since everything i ordered was in stock.
Should've known better and read the reviews before buying from "yahoo certified mechant"...

Guess what, after noticing this review, they cancelled my order, removed my complaint from their facebook page, and started spreading lies about me. They added commentary here at ResellerRatings that i tried to pay with a stolen credit card!
My credit card is not in any way stolen and what seller commented is just a blantant LIE. I swiftly posted a proof here, that my credit card isnt stolen (and ready to provide that proof still to anybody else who is concerned, my email is ****@****). Now, three weeks later, they decided to change their lie, because obviously they understood that previous attempt failed (since i was able to provide proof that my card isnt stolen).
Now, as of 2012.07.19, they say: "The credit card company denied the card and stated it was invalid. We can not ship without payment."
BUT THE MONEY SUM OF ~127$ FOR THE ORDER IS STILL AUTHORISED ON MY CREDIT CARD! Up to this very moment, i still cannot access this amount on my credit card, until something around 28 or july or so, when the authorisation times out, and my bank can give me my money back! Once again, CCG-Armory decided to flat out lie about the situation with my order, and once again they fail to do that, because obviously, i can get a screenshot from my bank client with the money authorised and kept authorised for around a month, up until this very date, so their claim about "denying the card" is just ridiculous lie!
There you go, CCG-ARMORY. Wanna make up a third lie now? Surprise me!

Thought I was getting a deal, but the status on my order on the website has been blank for OVER TWO MONTHS and my recent contact attempt with them (given 24 hours) has not remarked anything about this despite the item going into "wave 3" preordering and now actually being in stock in their shop. My mailbox only has the order confirmation from the website and no further remarks and it's now too late to dispute via Paypal. "
"I've used CCG Armory a couple of times, and I have to say they're pretty great - they've certainly earned my repeat business. Any esoteric games I might need, or any sort of supplies, I'll check them first. Their prices tend to best even amazon, their shipping is fairly quick, and they pack the items pretty well. I've not found as extensive a collection of items anywhere else."

"I had some initial doubts about this store based on the sheer number of negative reviews I've seen. I decided to take a chance and i was pleasently supprised. Unlike most of the other reviewers out there I had no problems what so ever with my miniatures order. I placed an order on a saturday evening and it arrived at my doorstep (usps priority) on the thursday morning the following week. I am very pleased with the speed of delivery. I also have no idea what people are on about reguarding gettgin ahold of them via email i sent them an email twice (due to being nervous based on all the negative reviews) and they responded the first time within 3 hours and the seocnd time the next day within 15 minutes!
Over all I am very pleased with this transaction and look forward to saving money buying my game related products fomr ccg armory."
"Find it somewhere else. Tried ordering back in April. They said they "shipped it", was sent a bogus tracking info number that just stated "Electronic Info Received" but nothing further ever updated. After I hounded them for a month, they said, "Oh must be lost in the mail, and I guess it's on backorder now too" (suprise) Here I am months later, still no item. Awful company."

"This is the second time that I have ordered from CCG Armory, and they really take care of our business. We make costuming props and prosthetics, and have been on the lookout for a good black spray paint for many years. When we finally discovered P3 primer, it is amazing. It is one of the few spray paints that literally takes effort to scratch and ding off of items.
Our local comic book store stopped carrying it, and thankfully we found CCG. Their price on this item is the best, and they quickly ship your orders to you. Very glad that I chose them when I was looking for a new supplier for this item."
