"Ordered products with 2 day ups delivery shipping on May 25th. Its June 13th and the products have not even been shipped yet. Called customer service several times. The service rep. told me it would be shipped within the next two days the first few calls. Then they told me ccg was waiting for my confirmation through an email i have yet to recieve from them. I asked the service rep. what it was they needed me to confirm? Her response was "I don't know". I paid through pay pal. Will open up a dispute if i do not get this supposed confirmation email tomorrow. I guess I won't be getting these items by Fathers Day which is now 4 days away."

"Item listed on website stated that it was in-stock. Paid through Paypal. After a week I went back to their website and it stated that there was some additional info needed so I contacted them. I was then informed that they were out-of-stock. They said that they had sent me an email but I never received one; I even checked my spam filter. I requested and received a refund. Checked the item on their website again and it still says that it is "In Stock! Ready to Ship!" in a big red box.

I can handle out-of-stock items but I won't stand for misleading websites. I won't be ordering from them again.

JUNE 9 RESPONSE TO CCGARMORY:
As I stated in my email response to you, I will not be doing business with you for now so a discount would not help. I also told you that I would check the reviews later to see if you have changed and if so would consider trying again. You seem to be prone to the same reoccurring problems judging from the reviews on several sites and my own personal experience. You list items in stock when they aren't and your emails have a tendency of getting "lost." Both of these waste my time which I hate."

"Great Communication, Very Quick and Great Item"

"Do not trust CCG Armory - bad customer service, broken promises and broken website. Ordered 3 products which clearly showed in stock at time of ordering. A day later when I checked on the status of my order online, I found that only 2 out of the 3 were being packed for shipping. Emailed customer support, to be told that 1 product was out of stock (even though the website still showed in stock). Shipping costs did NOT adjust to reflect this shortfall! I asked to cancel my order, then customer support told me they could send it out immediately, promised it would arrive by June 4th, and give me a 'discount' on shipping to which I agreed. (Is it a discount if shipping costs SHOULD be lower for a smaller shipment?) However CCG Armory did NOT send it out immediately (it shipped 3 days later) and as a result it arrived only on June 5th. It is only a small delay, but the fact that their customer service lies or fails to follow up on their promises is what matters. They should not make promises they can't keep. Do not trust them!"
