"My Experience with this company has been terrible. Firstly, thier customer service representatives are rude and surly. They don't even answer the phone (when they actually answer) with the name of the company. They sent me faulty system memory, but try and tell you that it is not compatible with your system. They also told me that I should have checked to make sure it was compatible, however they do not provide the pertinent info for such comparisions for the reason they give that the memory they sent was incompatible. Obviously as snowjob, because then you have to buy the upgrade package, ship the original memory back, then they send you an "industry standard" chip which of course will work in any system.
Then, after the upgrade was ordered and charged to my account, they, with no communications of any sort, cancelled my order, and refunded *part* of my money, without being told to by me.
Of course they did not refund the shipping costs and charged a restocking fee for receiving a refund that I had not asked for.
I feel that the persons in charge of this operation are shady car salesmen types who sell shoddy prducts, do not fullfil their end of the deal and are out to take advantage of anyone they can.

"17 out of 18 peices of memory I received were defective. It is documented that this company sells defective ram, and delays you until you are out of the warranty period. I could never get any sort of RMA on my memory. If you have experienced this, challenge the charges on your credit card. Don't let AIB get your money! "
"Ordered 256 MB DDR PC2100 266 MHz Non-ECC Unbuffered OEM SDRAM on December 4th and received it on December 8th.
The RAM worked fine and was delivered quickly. I'm very happy with the transaction."
"buyAIB is the worst company I've ever bought from. I bought a case and some RAM from them, they waited 13 days to tell me they couldn't sent me the case, and because of this I didn't find out that (Big surprise) the RAM was faulty until it was out of warranty. Not only have they implicitly refused to replace it, they're completely ignoring me, and won't respond to any emails I send them. NEVER SHOP AT THIS RETAILER, THEY ARE EXTREMELY DISHONEST!!!!!"
"I ordered 2 pieces of memory from this business. Neither worked. When attempting to contact through phone or email no one answered or responded. "
"I ordered a 1gb or RAM memory for my computer. It has been 6 days already, no signs of shipping /although I was told that it will be shipped out next day /. When I called the tech support the guy on the phone was high or drunk and couldn’t really talk! Right now I was trying to call them their 1800 number which is busy(??!!), and the main office, where someone pick ups the phone and hang it up right away. The emails I have send to the support of that company are coming back with a note : Sorry your message to ****@**** cannot be delivered. This account has been disabled or discontinued [#102]. No communication, no support what kind of company is that?"
"Seeing that this seller is getting such a bad rap, I thought it best to relate that I had no problems whatsoever with the service. The delivery was timely, cheap, though not trackable since through the USPS.
The price was not the absolute lowest, maybe 1.00 difference. but the web site was more clear than others so that I knew EXACTLY what I was ordering, a 256 ddr ram module.
I was happy to see that there was no problems with the memory stick at all.
"
"Ordered a firewire card, which worked very well. Had previously ordered 2 generic PC133 SDRAM DIMMs. The ones I bought work with the K7S5A board, but not with the K7S5A Pro board. Just so this is clear to any prospective buyers. Shipping took 5 to 7 working days - I'm on the East Coast, whereas AIB appears to be on the West Coast. No tracking - all products were sent USPS."
"Ripped off.
Bought 366MHz memory (advertised as pre-tested). Tried it in 5 different system, and it wouldn't get past 333MHz, even at the lowest timings. All of the systems worked fine with 366 MHz memory from a different vendor. Will NEVER buy from these guys again."
"Memory defect, and then when I called back I receive no help. In my second call I say I want to follow up on an order and he said "what for?". He hang up the phone. In my third call I am being laughed at.
This company is a fraud. Instead of getting a refund I am getting another charge.

"Total sham of a company. False advertising, rude customer service agents, defective products. Advertised Micron DDR RAM compatible with Dell. Got order, wasn't Micron and wasn't compatible. Then they want me to pay $40 more for an upgrade. Total BS. Talk to my credit card now company a-holes."
"I ordered some ram from this company, expecting it to be one thing, and it turned out to be another. It wasn't really a problem, but they were somewhat misleading. Fast delivery, good store otherwise though."
"Dont order from these guys.I know dropouts have to make a living to but damn are they slow. They where more worried about my bad review on Yahoo than my order that never arrived.Ok now my order should be here in two more days. That would bring it up to 3 weeks."
"I bought a 256MB DDR SDRAM PC2100 266MHz memory, It cam promptly and without problems."
"DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
These people don't know anything about customer service. They will hang up on you after being rude and treating you like a ten year old. They have a great scam going on, they send you dead memory and you need it replaced, you pay for the shipping back to them. Call them every day but they either don't pick up or hang up on you. Two weeks later they credit your account back less 15% "restocking" fee when you actually wanted it replaced.
You do business with them and you can kiss 15% of your purchase good bye, not counting the shipping you spent and the time you wasted (roughly 3 weeks).
Another interesting fact is that I had problems with another website earlier ,Stlpcsales, and suprisingly they both have the same address to ship back their RMA's!! The one time I did get in touch with someone on the phone I asked them about this and he gave me a mumbled answer and hung up on me. Weird huh?
