Terrible Accouting Department

"Accounting department is terrible. My bank has made the payment and Bluetone claims they have not received it and they had sent my account to collections without even any notification that my payment did not go through.

my bank provided them with the proof that they deposited my check and yet they still can not locate.

terrible, rip off

"they called me and asked to try out 10 mins for free. in a week I receive a bill. almost $2.00 of the bill are for sending the paper. when calling internationally only 4 of 10 free minutes was for actual talk rest went for dialing, ringing. got charged for 4 mins that were supposed to be free, 6 mins are a rip off. Will never use this service again."

You received the promotion for 10 minutes free and the credit was applied for the cost of the phone calls placed to Ukraine, but not for the state and federal taxes calculated on top of the usage. Please note that the $1.99 bill processing fee is for us to send you the paper bill in the postal mail. If you wish to stop receiving the paper bill to avoid this fee, you will have to register on our website and then let us know when you completed this so we can mark in our system to stop sending the paper bill. "I was not made aware of all the extra charges that were put on my bill in addition to per minute usage. Impossible to get hold of human operator. Wait times about 30 min. Finally when spoken to, the first operator refused to remove undisclosed charges and refused to call the supervisor. The second time called (after ridiculous late charge was added to account with only 59 c unpaid balance, still long wait time but at least the second operator was courteous and removed most of the charges. Still, cancelling the account."

Rip off!

"Blue tone charged me for 20 1minute calls. As soon as u dial a number, its registered as a 1-minute call automatically. None of these calls went through, extremely frustrating and unreliable.

Only 3 calls went through costing $1.17, yet my bill ended up being $9.56 wow! I sent an email to cancel my account as soon as I saw my bill.

customer service calls me back a few weeks later, reviews my bill, took off the 1 min calls and reduce my bill to $5.17 - good deal right? So I said to her i will pay right away. And please cancel my service.

She said these discounts ONLY apply if I DO NOT CANCEL my services!!!
what a bunch of liars. I cant believe this company, making so much money would haggle over $4
I said to her, let's leave on good terms. I pay the 5.17 and u cancel. She said NO

WOW, talk about customer service.

For me, paying the $9.56 is not the issue. Its the principle, whatever happen to ethics n integrity???

My opinion.

"Takes long time to get connection to desired location, for diffErent reasons.
1). Your service telephone line has been busy to many times.
2). There are difficulty to get connected to desired location, and sometimes conversation gets interupted. I am sure these inconvenience will be fixed in a ne-ar future.
