Somewhat dial-up of the past

"Very often can't reach anybody whole day, guys do not hear me properly all the time while I can hear them very good, delay all the time. Very rare can communicate fine."

Cost more then it seems when you sing in.

"My overseas conversations cost me more then when I was using prepaid long distance calling cards.
For that reason I am no longer a costumer of Blue Tone

Worse experience

"Tells you that you will pay 10 dollars for unlimited talk .
Talked twice first month and the bill was little bit less then 30 dollars .
I cancelled this subscription at once after that .
Would never recommend this company .

The carrier charge is a fee that is paid by the customer to our carrier based on the contract that we have with them. This charge is being imposed to recover amounts for regulatory costs, for telecommunications services for the speech and hearing-impaired, local number portability, governmental mandates, and North American Numbering Plan administration. This amount is a certain percentage of your Account Usage (cost of the calls not including taxes). We are able to lower the percentage of it but we are unable to remove it completely from being charged. Good Rates Good Service... so far

"I only had it for a little over a month, calling my mother in Greece. The calls go through without problems and the rates are great compared to the phone company for overseas calls. I have not tried some of the features yet, like setting up direct calling number as well as getting a Call Me" number to give my mother. I will try those and review again later.

Horrible customer service, dishonest business

"I called 14 times to report that I was billed for the phone calls I never made. First, customer service agreed to investigate the issue and request telecommunication provider to trace those phone calls. I called back, nothing was investigated, customer service was unable to resolve anything except telling me what the balance due is, transferred me to managers but that line was never answered. Finally, when I called again, that was phone call #15, representative agreed to investigate charges, then she called me back stating that I made those phone calls because one of the numbers answered in Russian. After questions that I started asking her, she explained that because my primary language is Russian, I made those phone calls. After that she declared that the same opponent knows me. I called back that number and the person on the other line said it was a lie. She said that she explained phone representative that she speaks Russian but she does not know me. What a great way to treat customers!
I paid the balance due which was complete fraud and requested to disconnect my service immediately. That was the worse phone service I ever experienced. I give 1 star because there is no option to give zero or negative number of stars.
