Drops calls

"My experience with Blue tone app is - if I make one phone call, after that I cannot dial the same number within the day. It is upsetting, because it wasn't what I signed for. Many times actually whenever I try to dial someone abroad, the system just drops me off.
And the first bill I received- it was suppose to be 10 mins free, and I probably talked about 3-4 mins over all, and was charged $8 and change... something is not right.
The two decent calls ( one made this month), I was able to make were good quality though, no echo, or anything confusing

Phone service is great but customer service not so good

"I have used this service for last 8 yrs or so and service is awesome ...hassle free and clear connection everytime. I just hope that I will never need their customer service."

Tricky bait, disappointed by turnover

"The company sales people will contact and sell you on a pay $10 and use 1000 minutes a month. Noone will tell you that you have to pay $10 even if you don't use any minutes.
When callIling them , they will wave the late fees, but nothing more. Service is ok, not the best in the VoIP world. Overall , decent service

Bad service

"The custmer service agents and the marketing people are very deceitful. I paid over $20 for around 5 minutes of talking with Belgium, because the people at Bluetone sold me one thing and charged me for another. When I complained they said they don't have a refund policy and offered me credit like I would keep using their services after all they put me through. Never again! Lousy company! Stay away, good people! "

Hidden fee

"You did't tell me about hidden fee you have! Like any others! In your bills it calls "Transporter Surcharge". So you low rate means nothing. And call quality is not that good I had in my previous company. Echo is all the time. Can't get connection from first try. And I was charged for 1 min of unsuccessful attempts.
I regret that I changed long-distance provider

Very bad connection with Serbija

"Since I changed my services to your company, connections were pretty bad, but last few weeks it's impossible to talk on the phone. The connections are so bad, braking up and then it is like taped, so it is repeating everything what people on the other side told me before. It is constantly happening and because of that I am planing to talk to someone to handle this problem and also consider to waived my charges as my conversations didn't go over tree, for minutes. For this reason I had to use my previous company in order to complete the conversation."
