How are they still in business?

"I have called them about 5 times about a PRIA that I know is approved because I am holding a copy of it in my hand. Three of the people I talked to could find it but needed to verify it with their "PRIA approval specialist" and would call me back in 30 minutes. That never happened. The other 2 couldn't even find it and just gave me the runaround for a half hour. Absolute nightmare to deal with them and I haven't even ordered my prescription yet. "

Their prices are outrageous! Somthing that cost me $10 is now almost $500!!!

"This is the worst place to fill prescription that I have ever been to. Unfortunately my Obamacare / nocare firced me to use them. Bad service. They will give you run around. The customer service reps act like DMV workers. Horrible place. "

One of the worst places in the world to deal with

"Has charged my account multiple times and has not fixed their issue it has been 48 hours and the issue is still not fixed and they continue to charge my account multiple times making it look like I've hit my deductible when I really have not. Customer service is the worst this company should be shut down for their inexperience people and they're worthless inability to fix their mess up. Furthermore United Healthcare should be shut down for even using this shity **** company. I have read through so many reviews and they are all negative why is this company still in business. And there is no order number because I haven't got anything they just continually keep charging my account and not sending anything because I wasn't even getting anything."

These people are con artist.

"They told me that my insurance company covered their services and that I would only have to pay a small percent and I did and now their head quarters contacted me saying that my insurance didn't cover all that they told me that they would cover so now they're threatening to turn me in to the creditors and ruin my good name if I don't pay them $1629.00. I paid the $600.00 that they said at first was what I owed and then after I paid them and use their services they call me and tell me that I owed more because my insurance wouldn't pay. At first they checked with my insurance and they told me that I was covered but now months later they're telling me that I wasn't. They lied to me so that way I would use their service and then after you use them then they come with a story to get more out of you. You can best believe if they would of told me from the beginning that my insurance wasn't gonna cover me and it was going to cost me more than the original price they told me I would of told them no. I already didn't like the $600.00 they quoted me from the beginning and if they would of told me that my insurance wasn't going to cover most of it and it was gonna cost me over $2200.00 I would of said no. I was told to stay away from these people and I should of listened. I've heard that they've done others like this. Stay away from these people. In the mean while I'm gonna see about getting the local news involved because somebody has got to stop this highway robbery. "

giving briova 1 star is way too high of a rating

"this is the worst pharmacy on the planet. they had my prior authorization for 2 weeks and after numerous calls from my doctor and at least 5 from me. they still don't show my authorization even after calling my insurance and giving the pharmacy personnel the PA number they still are saying they don't have what they need but cant tell me what that is. they can care less if you don't have your medication and to top it off. the Customer service personnel if you can call them that. will not disconnect the phone line if you tell them you are going to leave a bad survey or if they think you might leave bad feedback. they just leave the line open until you hang up. they have done this at least 3 or 4 times. but when they do think they have provided you ok service they transfer you right to the survey. unbelievable. "

If I could only give you 0 stars...

"Medication was approved by insurance on 2/6. I’ve spent countless hours and days with this pharmacy as has my doctor asking where my premature sons medication is. We have been promised several times that it is on its way. It was supposed to be here today 2/27 and we were promised it was shipping today. Today...the day the medication needed to be here for a procedure. Today was also literally my sons doctor yelling at their customer service that if something happened to my son because of their gross negligence there would be legal action taken. We also had a supervisor from UHC on the line who was pretty much useless as well. "

WHAT AN ORDEAL.....

"Each month when I try to refill my prescription I run into new and different problems with my prescriptions. I, try as I may cannot remember smooth sailing with Briova. The latest was a series of please hold, give my birth date over and over, my address over and over to be told my prescription was not good. I had recently been and had the prescriptions renewed but they can not find. Briova says they send refill request to doctor but never receive a response. I call and it is done in minutes. Briova keeps it in an uproar and is a problematic company to work with. If you have any options to not have to use them, I would advise exercising the options. Pitiful group..."

Absolutely horrible!

"BriovaRx is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They have caused me to go days without my meds because of their incompetence in filling my prescriptions. They have also required numerous calls to my doctors office to get my prescriptions setup. I'm happy my doctor's office didn't drop me for causing them such an inconvenience. I was also told by one of their Call Center associates to stop yelling at them because they had a hang over from the night before. Who does that? I was only unhappy because my meds which were promised the day before had not shown up and they were now telling me they had never received the order. Frustrated and disgusted with this pharmacy which is my only option to receive these medically required drugs. Please run from this company if you have other options available."

Disgust Beyond Words!!!

"Hell! Even the manager himself (Shon from TN) was so incompetent, the prescription has not yet been filled after 2 weeks and countless hrs. of phone calls. The package has been lost twice and I have paid over 2600 dollars out of my own pocket after insurance! No one gives a **** and has no accountability. And we as customers are powerless when forced to use this pharmacy. Im telling my dr to never script their pts meds here, calling my ins. company to issue a complaint against Briova, i'm calling the drug manufacturer to let them know this incompetent pharmacy should not be trusted with their drug, and calling the BBB! I will take every measure possible to WRECK them!!! Taking countless patients lives and putting them at risk from their poor excuse for a business is just wrong. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and have never seen something like this! And I will advocate for all of us people who they have been screwing over. My level of disgust is beyond measure. And they dont give 2 ****!!! BRIOVA, GET WRECKED! Yeah thanks Briova for making my daughter go without her treatment! Seriously, i'm crying."

Terrible service

"I’ve called 4 times and my dr called twice and they still haven’t sent out my prescription. I now have to call my dr again for them to try. I was told by 2 representatives that they would handle it and send it out but never did. There should be a call history so the representatives are held responsible and the patient doesn’t have to keep explaining the situation. I’ve used this company many times before and never had any issues. I guess 2019 isn’t their year. "

I would rather be sick than have to do another refill with Briova

"I can repeat what you have already read or just keep it simple it's so much hassle, stress and runaround that I would rather have daily migraines than deal with them again. I will be speaking with my doc about trying something else, something that I don't have to go through Briova to get. Also please get customer service help that is easier to understand, difficult to communicate with little voices that have big accents."

Worst Incompetence Ever

"They are the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. The fact that they are a pharmacy you would think they would be somewhat compassionate as they are servicing really sick patients. They are not. They take forever to actually fill a script with multiple calls having to be made and kid you not every time I call I get a different answer. There is no integrity. Absolutely horrible. Then insurance company, my doctors office and I all tried to work with them. It took 4 of us well over 45HOURS on the phone with them to get a script sent out. One would think that when you called for the refill on that med that it would be a breeze - as all the “kinks” were worked out on the last one and this was just a refill. Apparently not! Same cycle starting over again. "

Terrible communication and Customer Service

"Due to my insurance change I was going to have to use this company, from the first phone call the first line of communication was poor, No phone call back, only when I called my Dr to complain was I given a point of Contact. Mary Frances, she was nice in the beginning then as the week went on I was contacted by the pharmacist, I asked questions about the pumps, nurse care etc.im very vocal expressed my concern about it being 2 weeks since my dressing change no information on when my nurse care would start. I was told I’d recieve my supplies by the end of the week, I get a call on Friday to state my supplies would be delivered later on Friday afternoon,again no one could tell me when a nurse would be out. I called the company representative Mary Frances, I was expressing my concern upset she told me how rude and nasty I was, I then stated how upset I was over the lack of communication and again told I was rude to staff , never once was I rude just explaining my concern for the time frame for my care. I hung up on the rep called my Dr asking for a new company especially if the care I would be given was like the lack of communication and no one knowing when or if a nurse wound be out. As upset as I was I hung up the phone, I called my Dr to complain, my Dr tried to call to get a resolution, not one supervisor called to see what happened, why I was upset, they just stated they didn’t want me as a patient. Really you don’t expect a patient to get upset not knowing when there care would start, only to be given excuses each time you asked. At the end of the day you should care and try to listen to a patients concern. You the company was worried more about money than a patients care. Funny when you speak to the rep Mary Frances and she talks about the front office staff and the lack of knowledge they have shows what kind of company or care your going to get. I’m waiting on a heart transplant needed nurse care my medication my dressing changed but at the end of the day it was about money and no communication. I’m glad this companies true colors showed before my care started. I want a nurse care that cares about the patients it’s nit about the money. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. "
