"All of the a trees arrived looking pretty good except for one Box of my red dogwoods were wilted which I know we were warned that could happen in transport. 1 of the trees that look wilted as doing fine the other tree is not doing good at all. I did question the fact that they staked up a limb on my white weeping cherry To make it appear taller when I ordered the larger size. Other than that I was impressed with the size and they were good healthy looking trees!"

"My order took longer than expected due to the COVID-19 quarantine and delays in shipping that resulted. I did receive emails from the company stating that my order was taking longer than usual due to the delays in shipping and they were doing their best. All of which was completely understandable; however, the estimated times of shipping of 2 to 3 days came and went, several times. This concerned me because I had ordered the last Meyer Spruce and thought, perhaps, it had been sold to someone else. I contacted the company and expressed my concerns. I received the same feedback about delays in shipping, etc. I was told I would receive an email as soon as it shipped. I did receive an email, 2 days after it shipped. The tree is quite small, but very healthy and in excellent condition. I will purchase from them again. It's not their fault we are in a every hundred year pandemic. I would suggest to be more realistic on shipping times."
"I ordered lemon grass and they arrived in pretty bad shape. In addition there was some weed growing in two of the four plants that I had to manually strip out. Too be honest pretty disappointed. Manage to pot and they e come back a bit but certainly a worse experience than when I last ordered from them "

"This was my second order of a fig leaf tree. Although I ordered the same size each time, they arrived very different sizes. One is 5 feet and one is smaller than 3 feet. Otherwise, they arrived very healthy."

"The tree arrived with leaves and a couple buds but it was wilted. I figured it was just dehydrated from the shipping. I followed the planting instructions and gave it plenty of water over the next couple of days but the tree never improved. After a couple weeks the leaves and buds became dry brown and curled so I researched online what could be causing it and it sounded like lilac wilt, a fungal disease. I treated it with fungal spray and waited a couple more weeks but it never improved and the leaves started to drop. After waiting and waiting for new leaves it never did grow any new leaves or buds. When I scratch at the bark I see green but there are no signs of new life. I’m disappointed since it’s my first experience buying a tree online and spent a lot of time caring for it hoping to bring it back let alone the amount of money I paid for it. "
"Last year I got an Okame Cherry blossom tree for the Mrs. for mothers day. Sadly the tree did not make it with being so little and all the drought we had last year. So I used the one year guarantee and called to get a replacement. Customer service was great and gave me a refund code. I ordered a bigger tree and got used the refund code. Tree came vibrant and now a month later has full life to it unlike the one last year. Couldn't be happier with how easy it was to get it replaced and the Mrs. is happy with how big and lush the new tree is. Looking forward to its first blossom. "Order was received two days late and when I opened the box what I found inside was very disappointing. I don't how they can call what they sent a 6-7 foot tree. And for $150.00 a real waist of my money. If you are going to represent it is a tree, send a tree not a starter shoot. "
"Two things I did not like. #1 the trees both took quite some time to arrive (17 days) and I live in eastern TN, pretty close to SC. I deliberately chose a nursery in southeast instead of CA, for example. #2 the okame cherry tree was extra shipping and cost due to size and root ball shipped in burlap for placement directly into ground. The “root” ball was not existent, there was no dirt holding the roots together at all. Rather, it was placed in a plastic bag of tree soil, which was then placed inside the burlap. I wasn’t impressed by that. Good part for last, I think even with the perhaps harsh treatment either of the shipper or deliverer, the cherry tree looks like it is holding its own. The best part of everything was the health and look of the lacebark Elm I ordered. I love it very much!"
