"I was home when the plant arrived. Opened it immediately and saw the poor condition it was in. I immediately watered it. The stems and leaves had brown spots on them and the flowers were wilted. Because it was so hot, I decided to wait until the next day to possibly plant it. I didn't plant it, but continued to water it. I had to throw it away. I spent a lot of money on this plant. Too bad for me. "
"The two trees I ordered were surprisingly much smaller and appeared dead on arrival. They literally look like tree branches. I only received one of my hydrangea plants."
"Both chestnuts looked acceptable on delivery. One was exertional after 48 hours. The other was wilting, Now the leaves are dying off from the end of the branches. It arrived with only four long branches and no growth on the top two feet.

"We ordered 4 hydrangeas towards the end of May. Took almost 3 weeks for them to arrive. When we opened the boxes a couple hours after they were delivered, (we had them in our garage), we couldn’t believe our eyes....they looked sick and/or dead. They also looked like they had been tossed around or something. For the amount of money they charged, you would have thought that quality was their top priority. Clearly not and it was beyond disappointing. I emailed them right away, per their request on my delivery confirmation email, to let them know the plants were dead. Have not gotten a reply back and it’s been 3 days so far. I will never shop this site again!! This was a BUST! "

"My shipment arrived in several packages. One package was in good condition and the rose bushes looked great! The other package was delivered and positioned upside down, despite the clearly stated "this side up" on the box. Two of the roses bushes were completely out of the containers with dirt every where. The rose bushes were pretty beat up. I do not look at this as a reflection of Brighter Blooms, rather the carrier that delivered them. I knew this was a possibility when I purchased online! "

"I’m not knowledgeable about plants, and was disappointed when my order arrived and didn’t look like the plants in the pictures and videos. Also, 2 extra items I’d paid for were missing. I called customer service, and he listened to my questions and concerns and he explained some possibilities and had me send pictures. They ended up resending my order and it should arrive soon and I’m very excited to see my new plants!! I’m also glad I called, because I’m one that just “takes what I get”, but I knew I wouldn’t order plants online again if I didn’t. I also am fully aware the coronavirus has thrown many kinks into everybody’s workflow, so I’m very appreciative that Brighter Blooms was quick to make it right. They are now my go to nursery!!"
