"Hard to say if they will revive well as they are still in dormant winter mode. BB was quick to respond but their need for photo documentation could not be met as, having seen the distressed plants, I immediately tried to plant and water the entire shipment. To now say this was a bad one versus the others, they are all dormant, is impossible.
To be clear, this is a pack and ship issue not a qualitative product failure."
"I have ordered from several nurseries in the upstate area, some good and others not so much. A neighbor told me about Brighter Blooms and I was a bit skeptical about ordering online, sight unseen. "Usually the plants arrive in okay shape. Some of my orders such as lemon trees and Banana trees come in poor shape. In order to guaranty your trees for a year you have to purchase insurance from them for MORE money. If you want your plants to arrive without problems you have another insurance they want you to purchase. The local Lowes guarantees all purchases of plants and flowers for one year without paying extra. Even Walmart accepts returns on all trees and plants for one year at a much lower price."
