"I earned enough points for $15 off my next purchase so I went to use it and I was told it was not in the system yet. It gets updated every Wednesday I earned the points on a Monday so it should have been in the system when I went in on Saturday. The customer service is horrible they did not want to figure it out at all at the local store. I called corporate and got the run around about the points they said I had them but will have to wait till next Wednesday before I can use them some sort of error. They have good selection on boots and hats but not worth the experience of trying to get your points redeemed!"
"Review *** My husband bought me a new pair of boots for my birthday. They were also to wear at the Garth Brooks concert at Notre Dame stadium. When I received the boots they were to small. With the concert coming up very soon I have to order a different size before the smaller size was returned.
After getting a label emailed to me by BootBarn I re-packaged the too small boots, put the label (again) emailed to me by Boot Barn. I arranged to have to package picked up by the post office. They were to pick it up on my porch.
On Oct 4th our security footage shows the post office carrier scanning & picking up the package. That’s where we lose it. Boot Barn swears “their” label, again, emailed to me by them, was never scanned. After 6-7 calls to Boot Barn and talking not only the the Post Office carriers supervisor but the Post Master as well, no one seems to know where the package is or went. Now the latest call to Boot Barn tells us without the package there will be NO refund. Wtf? I used “their” label! How could they not keep track of it. Again I have on video it WAS scanned. But I guess none of this matters and my husband is now out of $160. I will NEVER not only purchase from Boot Barn again I will let everyone I know about this experience in hopes they will not either. "

"Judging by the low reviews, I guess I got lucky. The boots that I purchased were the right size, model and were in mint condition. I was originally informed that my order would be late to ship (understandably just prior to Christmas) but received notification a few days later that my order had shipped. I received my package a couple of days earlier than expected. No complaints from me... "

"This is the second year in a row my husband and I have both attempted to place orders on cyber Monday for Christmas gifts and had the order fail horribly. All the items my husband ordered showed in stock and ready to ship online at the time of purchase and then he had to call to check on the order because it hadn't been shipped yet and was told it would ship on 12/06, in time for xmas. Checked on the order again and now ALL 3 items he ordered are not due to ship until after Christmas, so those gifts are a total loss! He'll be cancelling that order
My order, I actually did receive a customer service call telling me the wallet I order was not available anymore and offered my 15% off a replacement. So I call and find not 1, not 2, but 3 possible replacements that show available online and ready to ship and customer service none of those will ship in time for Christmas??? So I asked for an email with my 15% discount so I can take to the local store and hopefully find something there and I was told no. I have to place the order over the phone in order to receive the offer!!??? Not to mention everything was on sale on Monday and it's no longer on sale and I was not offered the discount I received on Monday.
Ordering 4 weeks before Christmas should be plenty of time. Get someone to update your website properly with the correct information on your products. Good thing for Amazon, found the wallet that Browning is not making anymore for LESS and it will be here next week."

"Like bootbarns products but they are scam artists on their credit card.
I bought a set of boots using their credit card enrollment to save $20 then paid cash to keep the balance zeroed out.
They had a defect in them and I had to exchange them for a new pair of a boots in a brand and model that apparently cost $5 more than the other pair and that $5 was put on my credit card instead of me being told about it when I exchanged them.
Now I get a bill 3 months later with over $90 in late fees plus other things for something I never knew about.
Screw them, I am canceling my card and shopping elsewhere now. "

Boot Barn representative called a week later and advised there would be no 2 day shipping.
Seems this place may show all these boots and all they do is drop ship from the vendor. Customer Service was professional and polite, but the turnaround time is long. Took from 9/29 to 10/17 to receive the boots.
