"Like bootbarns products but they are scam artists on their credit card.
I bought a set of boots using their credit card enrollment to save $20 then paid cash to keep the balance zeroed out.
They had a defect in them and I had to exchange them for a new pair of a boots in a brand and model that apparently cost $5 more than the other pair and that $5 was put on my credit card instead of me being told about it when I exchanged them.
Now I get a bill 3 months later with over $90 in late fees plus other things for something I never knew about.
Screw them, I am canceling my card and shopping elsewhere now. "

"Ordered a pair of Ariat Mastergrips, placed order, paid and then received an email advising they were not in stock. Offered me 10% discount to place another order.
Ordered a nice pair of Thorogood Boots, they were in stock (at the vendor), but again took 3 days to get confirmation. Checked Website but it does not work to check order #'s. Called to see the delivery ETA and was offered upgraded 2 day shipping. Thought Great!!
Boot Barn representative called a week later and advised there would be no 2 day shipping.
Seems this place may show all these boots and all they do is drop ship from the vendor. Customer Service was professional and polite, but the turnaround time is long. Took from 9/29 to 10/17 to receive the boots.

"I ordered a pair of boots from Boot Barn and they were supposed to ship in 3 business days and it has been 6. No information. Boot Barn could not tell me when the boots would ship or who the vendor was so I could contact them. Will never order from them again."
"The description said 'genuine leather' and leather throughout yet, when I bought a pair, it clearly states 'manmade materials'....not in one single spot on the tag inside does it state 'leather'... sme nerve! I wonder if Dingo knows Boot Barn is desecrating their name?
When I called to complain and tell them I wanted to return the boots, I was told I would get a free return label to do so... but, it come so, I called again and got one quickly. "
"I calles to get an update on my order. And she said it's ready for shipment and i said okay how long until i get it? She says you have 2 day air so in a few days... that didn't help. I wanted details like why hadn't it sent it's been a week? And when will it ship ok out exactly? Today? Tomorrow? It was supposed to be here in 3 days from the moment it leaves the wearhouse which was leaves the same day you place the order. "
"Boot Bran is the worst place to ever buy anything I bought some TLX Tony Lama work boots they fell apart the first months then when I reviewed them and said what happened they would not accept the truth. Junk China made boots tony lama is selling and people need to know. The seams ripped out the leather ripped out I hated them and trashed them. I also ordered 6 pair Ely Cattleman plaid shirts. When I got the order they were all identical brown plaid. Pretty shirts and Ely Cattleman are the best but why all the same ? I guess that is all they had or the first six they grabbed off the pile in shipping. I hate em never go there.And they are affiliated with Shepler's if I am NOT WRONG???r"
"I went to our local boot barn in Atwater CA and bought 2 pair of Cody jame jeans they didn’t have the size I needed so they told me they will order them from another store it passes 1 month of not receiving them I called everyday and no one can give me a answer so I went and apperantly no one had ordered them. They supposably reordered them and it has taken them 2 months and I still haven’t received nothing. Horrible boot barn!!"
"STAY AWAY!!!!!! they advertise that you have 60 days to return, all you need to do is go to their website and put your order number in. their website DOESN'T ACCEPT ORDER NUMBERS!!! They don't have a shipping address to return anything, and NEVER answer the phones!
I disputed the charge with my credit card (Citi Bank) but they kept reversing the charges because bootbarn claimed that I never returned the boots, but I couldn't! I even tried shipping them to the only address I found online but it was returnrd to me! SOOOO aggravating.
I ended up giving up after 6 months. I donated the work boots to the Veterans society and Citi Bank lost my business as well.
This company is a scam. I'm in NYS and sent a letter to the attorney general as well! "
"1st stopped @ boot world & had insulting Experience when millenial lied with straight face telling me the boots I've worn for almost 2 decades don't come in wide width which my firefighter feet have been for 65 years ! Had opposite experience with two staff at Boot Barn nearby. Couldn't have been more accomodating . Found my favorite Magnum Boots in the proper wide width however they were in another location. I gladly paid the fair price and expected to wait usual 3 -5 day wait for store transfer from Irvine. Shocked when next day they arrived in morning and I tried them on at noon ! Perfect fit and no damage , these boots have same great quality that I'm used to for last 20 years ! They're like waking on pillows al day ! Can't state strongly enough how friendly and comfortable you'll feel dealing with these people ! I'm tempted to bring peanut shells & cover the floor just prior to popping the keg & having the band start playing for the square dance next time ....... 999"
"Buying Online from Boot Barn will never happen again. If it isn't in the store it won't get bought. Poor online Customer Service, I was lied to twice and didn't receive the correct emails on the info I was supposed to and don't lie about my money! Poor Service and lack of Communication doesn't get the job done. I'll just shop in store!!"

"Friday I placed an order with them and specifically paid extra for 2 day shipping which was taken out of my account then Saturday I received an email that they didn't deliver to po box so I called immediately and gave a physical address and then told her that I needed them here by Wednesday because I'm leaving town and that's the reason I was ordering them because I'm in a wedding so she said ok we will get them out asap. Today is Monday and I still have received no email so I called just now and the lady said they are not supposed to send out until May 9 so then I said to just cancel the entire order because I do not need them at that point and she said she would put in a request to the vendor to have them cancelled but if they send them I need to call back and have a label sent to me so I can send them back! I do not want the boots sent to me it shouldn't take over a week to get a request to cancel my order yet the money including the 2 day shipping cost is taken out of my bank. I normally don't wait for last minute to order but I lost my bank card and had to wait on my card to get here to order them but on their websit when I ordered them and paid extra shipping it never specified that 2 day wasn't an option nor did I receive an email letting me know anything! If they seriously send me those damn boots I'm gonna be **** the wedding will be over!! "

"Needed to exchange a hat for different size. In order for that to happen, I was told I needed to join their loyalty/reward program. Seriously? Nothing like being held hostage to exchange a stupid hat or get your money back. Very shady practice. Shame on you, Boot Barn! It should be customer’s choice!"
