"I had 7 copies of a genealogy book printed, each book costing over $100. I followed all instructions, including printing out a hard copy to make sure the finished product was as sent. When I received the books, one page in the center was blank which threw off other pages. One of the pages in the delivered book was two of the pages combined with missing images. I called to report the problem (Jeshar), but was told the book was printed as sent. It was not. It was suggested I reprint with them for another $700+ dollars. I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied. The book was 278 pages carefully written over a decade. So sad to have chosen Book1One! NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION1"
