"I printed my thesis with Book1One. Because I found the instructions for uploading my document confusing and incomplete, I clicked one of the boxes wrong. This apparently extended the date of print for my thesis, but I did not realize that. I emailed the service representative several times about my thesis not being done yet, and he kept replying that it "should be" done soon. Finally, I called to press them on getting my thesis printed on time. The representative told me that I had inadvertently requested a special service that would delay my thesis being printed. I am disappointed that he could not have explained that to me the multiple times I had emailed worried that my thesis was still not done. Once I verbally pressured the representative, the thesis was printed and mailed. It arrived just hours before the deadline for my graduation.

On a side note, the binding was terrific. The lettering was done well, but it was far too small. I would have paid extra to have larger lettering had there been an option to do so.
