"Ordered product and they replied that it was discontinued. They offered to substitute with optional product but would not transfer the sale price of original product. Money is more important than reputation. Shop elsewhere. Can get comparable product for less at many other places. Terrible customer service."

"NIGHTMARE!
I placed and order worth £100. I have chosen the 8-20 days delivery option which was the cheapest one. Around £15. The next available delivery option would cost me £50.
Anyway... i was willing to waiting max 20 as mentioned.
BUT and this is the catch! They will not tell you that it takes 20 days to reach the country and 45 days to be cleared from the customs. Therefore after a month i still havent received the order. I talked to one guy called Titan Tony at their Live chat and i am not sure if these people have ever heared the term "customer service". He was so rude that he blamed me for not choosing a more expensive delivery option if i wanted my order earlier! Terible experience! Doesnt worth the better prices they have!!! European Customers advised to be very careful with bodybuilding.com

"As I am reading the dissatisfied customers, I am noticing that they are primarily international orders, and any international purchaser of body building supplements should know that some delay will be inevitable, via customs. I, however, an am American consumer, in Texas, and could not be happier with the service provided. I always use the 24/7 online customer assistance, and within seconds I am speaking to a knowledgeable and courteous staff member. I placed a rather large order, with a coupon code, however the code did not register when I ordered. I called soon after, and was immediately assisted by a very nice man who quickly changed the total amount in order to provide that discount. When I received my tracking number, I noticed that I received an free upgrade on my shipping to two days, which was completely unexpected. I have been blown away by the service and information provided by bodybuilding.com and find the volume of negative reviews to be quite surprising. I will definitely be shopping here again!"

"I love these guys. Every order has been handled super efficient. This review may sound like someone who works there wrote it but I assure you I don't. I am just a retired engineer who expects good service and these people have consistently improved over the time I have dealt with them. I am writing this a day after I had to straighten out a mistake that I had made on an order. Correct: MY MISTAKE! They hustled to get me a free return label in my email and quick ship a replacement....again"

"I am member of Bodybuilding.com website
My experience with Bodybuilding.com online suppliment store is not good
My international shipment got stuck in the customs and was never received.
Result - You do not get your order in your hands even after 2 months and have to followup for refund.
You lose your shipping charges while refund.
My recommendation is to purchase suppliments from local suppliers or Ebay where it may be few bucks more but the delivery is guaranteed.

SO, Think again before placing your order on BB.com.

"I have been a BB.com customer for over eight years and have ordered over $16,000.00 worth of product from them. Consequently, I understand their ordering, delivering, customer service, products, free gifts, etc. They recently revamped their website and they cite "Significant improvements". Nothing can be further from the truth. The new site is slow, it lost all it's 'cookies' that remembered customer data and product information, they stopped offering free samples or .25 cent sample packs of certain products, their free gifts such as a tee shirt require a $150 instead of a $75 purchase, their customer service phone number is clogged due to the issues and you're put on hold forever, and their e-mail communication does not address your specific question or complaint, They just lost a loyal customer who spent over $2,300 last year because they won't communicate directly, not because of the new website. Either they don't care or they're incompetent. Their CEO and board of directors need to address their customers issues. It's a shame that they're oblivious to their problems and what it'll mean to their sales. They earned zero stars!"

"As mentioned by a number of reviewers here, BB.com staff suck. They are incompetent and it needs 5-6 emails to get them to understand a single point. The company tries in terms of customer service but never achieves. Their management is aloof and totally disinterested in any complaint. They simply let incompetent agents handle complaints. I've had issues with almmost every order. I go back because their site is easy to understand and carries a lot of different product - it is not the cheapest out there though! Also, you cannot trust their shopping cart stock system. I never order anything that shows out of stock. However even when items show in stock I then find out that some of them are not. On my most recent order, a free shaker cup which comes with a product was out of stock and so were 3 tubs of protein. Two weeks after my order I still don't have these items and in fact they just emailed me asking me to order them again so that they know exactly what I ordered? Duuuh I already paid for it...get the system and the incompetent staff sorted and bring management to the shop floor level. My advice is to keep away. Bad company - there are others out there with better service and cheaper product."

"They suck!! i ordered 2 and they shipped only one. i needed both not 1 so i returned the item. instead of refunding my money they refunded me $3 for the item i returned and thats it!they say $8 was for shipping to me and cant refund. what kind of thing is this? why would i pay shipping for half my order??? if they cannot ship items they sale why do they expect me to pay for the shipping??.

customer service is bad and dont understand a thing. had to send over 5 emails just to get my $3 back to paypal account and not in store credit. as if i will ever buy there again.

"I specifically googled reviews forums just to leave reviews for Bodybuilding.com today. I have had awesome experiences with the company/website and really felt obligated to leave a great review. Originally, last year, I had purchased two tubs of ON nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein and began using it after workouts. After a few weeks I started looking into ingredients and researching their effects. I wrote an email to the bodybuilding.com staff saying I was concerned because of the sweeteners used in the Gold Standard Whey and wanted to get something to replace it. Not only was I able to return both of the tubs I bought (one was half empty since I had been taking it for two weeks) for a full refund but they also sent me recommendations for All Natural Whey supplements they had available (which I ordered). Two days later I received my new protein and whatever was left of my refund. I sent them a long note thanking them for how helpful they were and they even took the time to write me a note back thanking me for my feedback and how happy they were that I had a good experience. Now this year, I am taking the same protein still and bought 3 more 2 pound containers (on sale buy 2 get 1 free). I paid for 3-5 day shipping. I bought it at 2 p.m. Tuesday. I got a "shipped" email Tuesday at 430 p.m. The supplements arrived Wednesday afternoon in great shape and with a bonus Schick Hydra 5 blade razor in it! I don;t think I've had a customer service experience quite so good with any other online company. I would recommend buying anything you need for weightlifting supplements here."

"I recently purchased a case of Redline energy drink from bodybuilding.com and had a very good experience. I previously used another retailer that was a few dollars cheaper, but after a really terrible experience I decided to give bodybuilding a try. I placed my order on 1/18 and it was at my door on 2 days later on 1/20. (For reference, I live near Dallas, TX and the package was delivered by FedEx, standard shipping) The box contained a couple of free goodies and the contents were undamaged, unlike some of my orders with my previous supplier which shipped UPS. I have already recommended to one friend and will be using again in the future."

"DON'T buy Powertec items from Bodybuilding.com. My order for 1 power rack and 1 lat machine was approved on september 14 and I'm still waiting for it, after 6 weeks. I don't even know if I am ever going to get the items I bought.

"Bodybuilding.com is the best site in the world for buying supplements. Reliable, consistent, super fast delivery and UNBEATABLE prices are the best ways to describe these guys.

I ordered some BioNutritional Whey protien in strawberry and chocolate, and got it in 2 business days. I also recieved a free "Bodybuilding.com Shower Towel" for spending over $100 dollars. These guys always throw in some freebees when you place a large order.
