"Had UPS lose my very first order of body building package, they claimed they delivered at my front door. However as soon as I got home, there where no package in sight. Called up UPS who nonchalantly did not give a rat ss about what happened, no apologize or sincere for the issue it caused. Had to call BB back and the BB rep was very laid back and nice about the situation, he placed my order with no problem. I ended setting the UPS up so going forward I'm picking up the package myself. BB customer service very great, and the products I ordered are reasonably priced will never order from GNC again!"
"I've made an order 2 months ago and it never came! I contacted them lot of times and they don't care at all that my order is lost. They told me straight away that if the order never gets to me, I've lost my money and thats all. No refund, no nothing. Worst customers service ever!

"I ordered a large package in excess of $200 on Cyber Monday, (BSN SYNTHA-6, 10LBS @ $68 after the 20% off bonus, I wasn't gonna turn that or most the other deals down) so anyways, I made the order Monday night/Tuesday morning, around 12:08am.... Bodybuilding.com, was prompting me to enter an accnt and I forgot all names/pws, waited on emails, blah blah blah... but cart was loaded in Cyber Monday deal... received that accredidation... In the past, everything I've ever ordered has come tinely and without HITCH, but this time it's a lot different... Instead of using Fed-Ex like every other time, they used THE UNITED POT SMOKERS (UPS), well I say that because it's Northern California, and how the hell you "deliver" a 20lb box to the wrong address if that happened, I asked all neighbors aswell my grandmother who stays home on couch by front door, all gave the same answer of nope, no deliveries today... The UPS TRACKER reports that the package was delivered 12/6/13 at 1435pst... 235pm... I checked bushes and side of house, no luck... has anyone else ever had same result? What should I expect to happen here? Cause I'm sorry it's still a slight recession and that's why I jumped on this... Really kinda sucks, Bodybuilding.com is better than Gnc.com, Vitamin Shop, Ebay and Amazon, hell they usually always throw in sample packs of their Bodybuilding.com Platinum series line, like BCAA's or the preworkout...
I'll fill out a follow-up to this, as to I think, since being a US RESIDENT, in Northern California, when their warehouse is just next door in Nevada (their satellite warehouse) I like the 2 day/3day convenience factor... like I stated prior, this is a first for me to experience and I am attempting to be as thorough as possible, besides I would think others would want to know what happens should it happen to them too someday"
"I was a bit skeptical at first when ordering from bb.com, but since this was the only way for me to get the Animal gym bag I just had to try.
After ordering the bag on friday November 22th, I didn't get a confirmation e-mail about my order, so I was already giving up hope after reading all of the other reviews. However, on monday I suddenly did get my confirmation e-mail with a tracking number!
What I really like is the fact that they shipped the goods from the Netherlands (I'm from Belgium), and so my gymbag came a lot earlier than expected, on Tuesday November 26th! (I had chosen for Supersave shipping btw, 8-20 business days).

"I am really surprised that this website does not have much better reviews. They provide an amazing amount of fitness information, both formally through their website and informally on their forum. They also have some of the best deals that I have been able to find online, a very large selection of products, and in my experience great customer service.
I just placed my first order and when I recieved it one of the protein containers had busted open and about 1/12 of the protein had emptied out into the shipping box. I wasn't really that upset about it, but I sent them an email letting them know what had happened. Without even asking they offered to replace the entire product free of charge. I couldn't be happier with my purchasing experience and my experience with their customer service. "

"Word of advice to all Canadian and International shoppers, don't expect your package to come in a timely matter, or at all in some cases.
They quote 4 - 8 days shipping on their website, but when you come back a couple days later it's switched to 4 - 20 days to customs.
Then they tell you, "oh, that's weird", like it's never happened before. Do a search and see it's a bait and switch."
"I recently placed a small order on bodybuilding.com, and got it within the time stated with no problem. 2 days ago I made another small order online, and after putting in my credit card information, kept getting an "error" message. I chatted with the live help on the website homepage. They gave me a 24/7 number to call (I asked if it was available to call because it was midnight at the time) and told me I'd get free shipping for the inconvenience... So I called the number, the guy was VERY patient and understanding. He manually typed my order in, making the funnel I purchased free (it's free with orders of $75 or over, but my order was only $25) on top of free shipping, which was great.
30 minutes later, my card information still wasn't going through, even though the billing department said there were no problems with my card. I had no problem staying on the phone this long because the guy was very considerate and kind. I told him forget it, I'll try another day, then he told me he will make the entire order free ($30 value) and give me free 1-day shipping!
Certainly, I received my order the next day no problem,
