DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

"I saw the ads for leanfire xt and decided to try it...money back guarantee, right??
NO!! Do not give them your credit card! I called 3 times to try and cancel and they keep sending me this useless product, Three more times, and charged my card over 55.00 each time, EVEN THOUGH I CANCELLED!!
Product not good either. False claims! Do not trust them!

Terrible Delivery

"The product maybe good, but please don't order this from bodybuilding.com specially for international shipping. I have paid the shipping cost in the website but the postman asked me for 10$ shipping fee also. I contacted the support and they said, this is fee charged by agent oversea and we cannot do anything about it. So it's kind of random cost that you need to pay for the product.

After refusing to pay the extra charge, the postman took my parcel and I contacted the customer service. Not only I didn't get anywhere with them but they even couldn't help tracing the parcel so I can go and get it back.

This was a very bad experience and they just told me after several months if they items are back to their warehouse, they will refund me for items and not shipping cost.

Worst service

I've placed an order #2608130991 on 27th April 2016 after so many attempt of checkout. Item was shipped on time and was expecting an delivery on second of week of May.
The Courier service in India is Aramex and will never ever use there service in my life , tried once to deliver and afterward they haven't tried to reach me.
As the Custom process is not clear with courier, they randomly inform that you need to pay 5000/-Rs etc and when we ask for the Custom Receipt they show there generated document.

Last week when I went to there office and after inquiring about my courier, finally they traced it.
But to my surprise the package was damaged, So I cant accept the damaged piece.

So here comes the funny part, when I raise a complaint with Bodybuilding.com, they are saying me

With all international packages they are subject to inspection by your countries customs and we have no control over this. It is not uncommon for the customs agency to open packages and product to fully investigate the package. As we do not have any control over this there is no way for it to be voided. Since the package has been sitting with the local post this entire time that could have also been where some of the damage came from and since it was in their hands that is also something we are unable to prevent. What I can do for you today is I can offer a 20% refund as in-store credit for the product price of the order.

I appreciate the opportunity to assist you today and hope I've addressed your concerns. As end user I paid 100% for the product and i haven't received the product and in return I paid 80% of the product value.

So guys beware of this Company who are just taking money from our pocket.

We want to use original products and go with company but you land in this type of trouble where you wont get the product and money.

"I've been buying from Bodybuilding for 10 months now. Packages arrive in 2 days or less. I only had one issue, and customer service was very helpful. I'd rather buy my supplements here than other re sellers.

"I had ordered huge from bodybuilding.com and shipment was from DHL Super saver method for delivery to India. It is more than 7 weeks, the parcel is not arrived. The latest status update in DHL website is 6 weeks old...so no update on DHL website. Bodybuilding customer service are a crap..they give same "lengthy" answers without looking into the problem, and they say that parcel is with India customs ! When I contacted DHL, they say there is an issue with parcel and that I've to contact bodybuilding.com to write to DHL for investigating the parcel. When I again contacted BB.com, they refuse to contact DHL and again say that parcel is with India Customs, and I've to wait for total 60 business days....such a pathetic response from bodybuilding.com....NEVER EVER MAKE A MISTAKE OF BUYING FROM BODYBUILDING.COM . I've made many calls to US - BB.com and DHL, as also chatted with BB.com who are a bunch of jokers without any regard to customers outside US"

"If you order to abroad and the product never reaches you and get sent back to them they instantly issue a refund which does not include your shipping charge and then they can not resend the product be careful also before I even end up getting my refund it will be about 6 months turn around. Be very careful when dealing with them. I would highly recommend going elsewhere!"

"So I just made an order with Body Building. My friend orders from them and the protein he had (Cutler- S'mores) was really tasty so I wanted it. They had a heavily discounted and buy one get one offer for this product in 2.3 ounces so I got two and ordered them. Shortly after, I noticed the two flavors I almost got and phenomenal taste reviews so I called customer service to cancel my order to reorder with the additional items.

The guy was fan-freaking tastic. Since I used PayPal, we did a seperate order and he didn't charge me shipping. Free shipping didn't load from his computer to mine, so he gave me a ten dollar credit as I manually added the new items to my cart and checked out. He was so nice, and also funny and was really just very personable. We talked about our own fitness goals as well as the pains of being customer service workers (I'm a Waitress and he used to work at Costco).

Pretty much it was the best customer service experience I've ever had and it's probably going to make me a customer for life. Thanks for being great, dude.

"I have ordered things for ~80$ two month ago. I haven't received anything, they don't want to give me my money back, I think they are just burglars. "I ordered a supplement, about 2 months ago. A month passed & I still did not receive it, I then enquired with [URL Removed] who were very dismissive of the whole affair.

They stated that it was rejected because of customs & that the shipping of the item is my responsibility. I then enquired with the shipping agents - DHL, who assured me that these items are not banned by SA customs as per the sellers information. [URL Removed] could not provide me with information as to why the item was rejected by customs & only refunded my 50% of my total payment. The irony is that I purchased the item from the SA login of their website, which according to their website removes the doubt & risk around shipping issues.

I would suggest that anyone looking to purchase goods from [URL Removed] think twice, as they will not as they do not refund & do not give a **** about customer service.
