"While Sony hampered my efforts to obtain the right replacement lcd screen from Bliss by giving me incorrect information about my laptop; Bliss was kind enough to exchange out the incorrect part with no questions asked and they did so in such an expedient manner, that I was surprised that the new/correct part arrived as quickly as it did. Kudos to Michelle at Bliss Computers. She is a godsend."

"I ordered a screen for my mac laptop by computer model number. The computer model number apparently uses two screens with different size connectors. After installing the screen and finding out the cable did not fit, I contacted Bliss computers and they had me do an even exchange for the correct screen. The new screen is bright and is at least as good quality as the original. The price was excellent, the communication was good, and overall the customer service was excellent. I would by from them again with confidence."

"They falsely advertised that they were selling us a 100% compatible screen for our laptop. We ordered this screen, but what we received was definitely incompatible. First it did not have the proper connection pinout for the LCD's video data, the result was a backlit black screen. We called and they suggested we return the screen, but they were reluctant to admit to us that a replacement screen will actually work. They're not refunding the shipping costs to return, nor receive any replacement screens. We can never get in touch with them over the phone ("tech support"), but they're always eager to answer the "sales" line.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS, they make money keeping the shipping, and they can care less if you actually get a working part.

We are out a total of $45.00 after this experience after paying for the excessive shipping and handling costs, which easily $5.00 higher than they should be.

Never will do business with this company again, and I've learned to take notice of any company's return shipping policy before I order anything anymore.

"Eager to communicate and shipped fast, when a problem arose with the post office they made sure it was resolved in time for me to have my screen installed before school began. Product was exactly what I ordered and not only was it the best price I found, the communication let me know they take their jobs seriously and put the extra personal care into each transaction. Best experience I've had buying for my computer over the internet pr in a retail store, I tell you this as I'm typing from my fixed laptop, thank you guys so much, now my only worry is classes!"

"I purchased the incorrect lcd display because the partnumber was removed. I contacted Bliss Computers, sent them pictures, and explained what I was looking for. They immediately found the correct lcd and sent it out. It was great doing business with a company that stands by their products."

"I am very happy with this purchase. I bought a 16" LCD screen for my HP G60 laptop. Before my purchase, I inquired about it being the proper screen. I received an immediate response. The response was polite and helpful. I ordered the screen and it was sent the following day, received in only 4 days. It was packaged very well in a heavy corrugated box with plenty of bubble wrap and foam. Once it was installed, I found no stuck or dead pixels! Highly recommended!"

"I needed a replacement LCD panel for a friends Toshiba Satellite, and most importantly, I needed it FAST. I ordered the replacement from Bliss Computers on July 13th, and received it July 14th! The panel was expertly packaged and was not only a perfect fit but looks perfect as well. No dead pixels, no fingerprints. I'm very pleased with Bliss Computers and look forward to doing business with them in the future."

"I'm very happy to write this review for Bliss.

I buy a ton of stuff online but mostly from Amazon. However, when it comes to unique products like a new LCD screen for my MacBook Pro, I was forced to hit Google and find the lowest price. I found Bliss via Bonanzle. They had the lowest price by $40 and had great responses from other customers. So I'd thought I'd give them a shot.

As soon as I hit the purchase button, it dawned on me that I didn't request a MATTE screen. I quickly emailed Bliss at their orders@ address and asked if I could revise my order. Within hours, I received a reply from Sheri that confirmed my order was updated and ready to ship.

This experience will definitely bring me back to Bliss to update my other machines at work. There's just no substitution for a personal email from a company stating that "they'll take care of everything".

Highly recommended! (plus they were the cheapest!!)

"I ordered a replacement screen from my Dell Inspiron 600m, and received the replacement screen five days later (6/24/10). I needed only about 45 minutes to swap out the old screen with your replacement. It was a perfect match, and I was back up and running once I reassembled my laptop.

Thanks for the excellent service. I was extremely pleased with e-mail notifications, the timely delivery, and the adequate instructions. The product match was excellent.

I would order from Bliss anytime. And the price was reduced from my initial on-line shopping in March (from $130 to $99; with a coupon code, -> $94).

While I'd found your company based on some internet searching and blogs, I first went to a local computer repair shop and they said they buy all their screens from Bliss. Having already tried replacing the inverter first, I was confident I could do the work myself. No problems whatsoever.

Count me in as a die-hard Bliss fan. If I ever need to replace another screen, there's only one site I'll visit - yours!

"After ordering from a scam site a couple days prior to this (yallstore.com) I didn't think I'd be able to get the part I needed in time. I had never heard of this site but they had the part, a good price, and an overnight shipping option so I went for it. I was happy to see my order was on its way that day and did show up overnight as promised. Packaging of the lcd panel was amazing. It could have been thrown around and still been ok. Thanks a bunch! Will certainly be adding you to the list of sites we order from for our company."

"The President of the company at which I work brought a Gateway P7811FX laptop into my office on the 3rd of June. He explained it was his son's laptop who uses it for college, and after the laptop fell off a bed the screen would no longer turn on. I was told I would be a hero if I could fix it. After some research (and confirming that the screen was the problem) I found 247LaptopLCD.com (associated with Bliss Computers I assume) and ordered a replacement screen. Unfortunately the screen arrived with a large crack down the middle. Contacting customer service was easy, and after they saw photos of the damaged screen they immediately sent a replacement screen NEXT DAY AIR. The screen works beautifully and I am a hero, thanks to these guys. Thank you!"
