"Hi I am not a "technical " person but decided to try to fix laptop myself(it needed a new screen) ordered the replacement screen at a very fair price and with easy instructions replaced screen It works great,,seller shipped immediately but do to snowstorm it sat in N.J. for days Dave looked into this for me and got it sent pronto,,thumbs up guys!!!"

"I ordered a replacement LCD screen for my Toshiba laptop on 09/19/2011. They processed the order right away and was shipped within a day or so. I received the LCD and took it to a service center for replacement. The service center informed me that the LCD was Dead and that I needed to get a replacement unit. I inmediately sent an email to Bliss Computers inquiring how to exchange the defective LCD. Dave sent me a response within 24 hours providing me with the forms and process to exchange the unit. I followed all the instructions and shipped the screen back to them on 10/29/2011 using the USPS (Insured). The package was received on 11/02/11 and signed by S.S., but when I called them on 11/08/2011 and spoke with their RMA department personel, they are saying that they have not received the package yet. I have e-mailed them twice already (including Dave) and called several times (without any success), but have not received a response so far. I will continue trying to get someone to resolve my issue for as long as it takes, but customer service should not be for customers to have to chase after a company, customer service is for a company to service the customer. I will not further post anything else negative about Bliss Computers, until I find out how they will respond to my issue. "

"After a trip to Europe, at O'Hare, my laptop got dropped after a TSA check, and the LCD screen got smashed. After trying two other vendors with errors, Bliss got me the screen next day, and it was the OEM one. I'm a technician, and got it installed right away, and it worked perfectly. The order process was quick and professional. Their Web site had excellent tracking. If I need LCD screens again, they're the ones I'll order from."

"I am the owner of VitaSigns Forensic Graphic Group and I searched for a business on the Internet to take care of my needs. I in turn was referred to Bliss Computers via business partners. This suggestion turned out to definitely be the right choice.

I have 90% of my work repairs and part buying done via Internet. Thus, Bliss Computers is in my opinion has gone far beyond regular business.

The Internet ordering was fault free, the phone suggestions were of the highest. The shipping of product was received earlier than usual. The post communication on install was professional and fault free.

Anybody who uses Bliss Computers should and will receive the best product and information and help possible. I will have no problem suggesting this company. I wish there were more like this company on the net. Kudos to Bliss. I will be a return customer and will recommend to all.

"Hello, I am Sal, the owner of CompuSpot, Inc. in Norfolk, Virginia. We have a computer repair shop in The Gallery at Military Circle Mall. We also sell refurbshed laptops and desktop systems. I have nothing but a positive review of Bliss Computers also known to me as East Coast LCDs. I have been buying replacement LCD screens from them for sometime now but just last week I ordered the LCD screen for Acer Aspire 5565 from them. The shipping was very fast, but the screen arrived broken during shipping (obviously, USPS handling). I emailed them right away, and received the response the next hour that they are going to ship another one very soon. Next day, I received the tracking number and in 2 days the well padded screen was here by UPS, and in the next 15 minutes I called my customer for pick up!! She (Ryan, my customer) was very happy, and I am extremely pleased and satisfied with their products and service so far. And, I would recommend these guys to anybody in this business. Probably you will want to know in the first place what drove me into buying their products: The price!!!. Like anyone else, I shopped everywhere online before I ordered, and Bliss Computers happened to be with the most reasonable prices in the market right now.

"Ordered my lcd replacement 9th of August and just received comfirmation from usps that i will receive it tomorrow on the 12th. I am very happy with the fast shipping, it was calculated to be here on the 16-18th. What an amazing experience. Hope the lcd works, if not im pretty sure they will work it out. Some people make mistakes and are not all perfect. But over-all.. I hear alot of good things about this company. Hope my experience is excellent, i will rate them 5 out of 5 on amazon.


Update:
I received my Led Screen today in perfect new condition, was wrapped really good and came intact. I installed it in 15 minutes just to reveal ZERO pixels!!!! I love this new screen! Thanks East Coast LCDs aka Bliss!!!!!

"Found this dealer I needed for the laptop LCD. Made the order, the next day my order was shipped from NJ. And after 13 days I received a parcel in Russia. Everything was securely packaged and thus may not crashed or anything. LCD was brand new and in perfect condition as stated. LCD has been successfully installed in the laptop. Everything works. Thank you."

"I ordered a screen on May 2nd took 11 days to get from NJ. It usually only takes 1 day to UPS and item from NJ to NY. When I opend the box the screen appeared to be used. It had a sticky adhesive all around the edges. I called Bliss Computers and spoke with Michelle,, she stated she would look into it. I did not hear back for 2 days, I called again, Michelle put me on the line with a person who I assume was her boss, or a technician. he reassured me it was a new pull, so I installed the display. After installation there whee lines trough the display. I called to get an RMA. that toook a few days. Once I got the RMA, I asked for a call tag, that took a week. Now I have sent it back and have not heard anything about my refund. These people do not respond and sell worthlesss parts. This was not a blissful experience. I deal with electronics for a living... this is not the way to take care of your customers. Be Warned do not buy from Bliss Computers! "

"I cracked my laptop computer screen and didn't want to pay to have it replaced by Toshiba. I ordered a screen from Bliss Computers and it is great. I can't stand the glossy screens that most lap tops come with today and was able to order a matt screen that fits my computer model. I love it! It is better than my original screen. It was easy to install and looks great. I get compliments on my computer and people think it is new because the screen looks so nice. All this for only $75!"

"I will never order from Bliss Computers again. I ordered an LCD screen from Bliss according to the exact model number on my original Toshiba LCD screen. Bliss sent me an LCD with a connector that does not fit my original Toshiba inverter. I have left several messages and have called 20+ times per day for a week now. I have not been able to get a hold of anybody. I also wrote a detailed email with pictures and have heard nothing in regards to that either. Their policy says they will refuse any returns without a RMA number. For now I am stuck with a screen that is not compatible. I would recommend purchasing an LCD screen from a reputable online merchant. Stay away from Bliss Computers. It seems as if Bliss Computers is hit or miss. Believe me you do not want to miss with them, you will regret your purchase"

"Do not buy from BLISS computers!!!!
They will sell you a bad part (In my case e bad LCD panel). they'll make you pay for shipping cost evn though it's a broken part. If wwant to return they tag a 20% restocking fee (Crooks).

"My wife called me at work to tell me that her laptop screen just blinked then went black. I told her I would look at it when I got home. I booted it up and sure enough, nothing. I connected an external monitor to it and it looked like everything was fine except the LCD screen was out! So I began my search for a replacement screen online. Oh boy! Soooo many companies! I finally priced one at 247LCDscreens.com (a.k.a. Bliss Computers). Received the replacement screen in a few days, followed the explicit instructions with photo’s and diagrams, and even with my limited technical experience, had it back working in an hour. Now I’m a hero in my wife’s eyes! About two weeks later, my wife boots up the laptop, the screen comes on and a few minutes later, it goes dark. I told her to reboot it, and it does the same thing. Screen comes on for a few minutes, then goes dark. Now I’m thinking, defective screen! So I email 247LCD screens and described my problem. I get a reply back from Sejal explaining that this may be an “inverter” issue and could I email him a picture of the “inverter” on the bottom of the screen. I do this and two days later, receive a replacement “inverter” in the mail, install it and the laptop has been fine ever since. This company is extremely easy to work with and I feel goes out of their way to help their customers! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for replacement parts for their computers."
