"We have been ordering screens from Bliss for over a year now, and have had great success with them. We have had a couple of bad screens, but they have been replaced and their support is easy to work with. When you deal with LCD's, you are going to have to expect a few bad ones."

"THESE people are so awesome......Everytime we order ANY screen from them it is top quality and we have been ordering for several years from Bliss because their name says it all it is blissful working with them and MICHELLE is so awesome, reliable, dependable and prompt. She takes care of all my orders and never fails me..The two times in many years we had a problem, they rectified it immediately. I would not buy screens anywhere else.... If you getr Michelle in Sales you will be very satisfied. I am sure all the others are great because the overall process runs so smoothly but they are a bit hard to get on the phone sometimes but place an order online and you CAN TRUST it will be done. RELIABLE that is my word for them."

"Shipping times were not incredible, but decent. However, when the LCD came it was cracked, probably broken during shipping. I emailed them a picture and a description, and they quickly agreed to send me out a new screen for free. Not only this, but they did not even charge me any restocking fees or even require me to return the damaged screen. When the replacement arrived, I installed it and it works well. Overall, I am very pleased that they were so willing to replace the broken screen and that I did not have to fight it."

"I ordered an LCD through Bliss Computers. A non-compatible screen was sent to me, and so I returned it. The screen was in excellent condition, similar, just not compatible. I returned it and posted a review here with my complaints. A customer service representative contacted me via email & phone the same day I posted the negative review to apologize for the mix-up and let me know they would refund the original cost & shipping cost and wouldn't charge a re-stocking fee. They provided the refund within hours of me giving them the tracking number.

However, I still had to pay the $12 to return the part to them and that came out of my pocket (along with all of the time & effort put in) - they didn't provide a refund for that. So just be prepared for that.

Tip - the customer service seemed to generally work with me if I contacted them. If you don't hear from them, post a review on here describing your experience, they read these. I talked with Adam.

"I've ordered several replacement laptop screens - always delivered quickly and at a great price! Recently, however, one screen was faulty upon installation; a quick note to the folks at Bliss Computers, and they shipped me a replacement right away! If you have a bad laptop screen, this is the place to go for replacement parts - excellent service and reasonable prices AND they have great product support!!!"

"I have been ordering laptop screens from Bliss for a couple of years now. I have probably purchased 12. This order came in on time (as usual)but had a pixel issue. When I called them with my issue, they said "not a problem" and immediately started the process to have another one ready to go. In 2 days the new one came in with the return shipping label. I am really pleased with both service and quality and when asked where I get my screens I just say Bliss Computers in New Jersey. I get that look like "what New Jersey?" and just say yes, and tell them about how I like the way they do business. I hope they stay around for a long time because good customer service seems to be hard to find."

"My son's Toshiba laptop screen was broken by the airline luggage goons. I shopped and shopped online for an EXACT replacement screen.NO ONE could beat BLISS's price. I called Bliss and gave the friendly phone rep the laptop info and 3 days later UPS showed up with the exact replacement new screen. It took me about an hour to install the new screen. Bliss had a GREAT PRICE, Fast delivery, and VERY helpfull.

"I needed a replacement screen for my ASUS eee1015PED netbook and ordered from them through eBay. The first screen that arrived had a manufacturing defect. Dave from Customer Service was extremely helpful and another screen was sent right away. This one works fine. I would certainly purchase from them again (although hoping not to need to) and can recommend them as a reputable company."

"I received a damaged LCD. I emailed the sales department and the next day Dave emailed me back notifying me that a replacement is on its way. They didn't even make me ship the defective one back, which is nice...most companies require you to send it back and won't credit you or send a replacement until they receive it back and test it, etc. and you end up waiting weeks. It was a pleasent surprise to get an email saying they'll immediately send a replacement no questions asked, no hassle. Makes my job easier."

"Hi, I ordered a replacment screen for my laptop but when I recieved it I thought it wouldn't work. I contacted Dave for an RMA and he said no problem but asked for a little more detail about why I needed to return it. After I explained my dilema he patiently expalined that I could use the screen with some furhter directions and help.
It worked out Great!!
I am much happier that he helped me make it work than just refunding my money and sending it back.
