"I'm very happy with the screen I got. My rebuild project was an affordable success! I didn't care if I got the exact brand replacement as I had as long as it was compatible and comparable quality. Well, the screen I got was a Samsung which is a perfectly good brand and was a perfect match for the one I was replacing. I'm not a connoisseur of screen quality but it looked great to me.

Although dead pixels are not under the direct control of Bliss Computers, I was pleased that my screen had zero dead pixels. Their dead pixel policy is reasonable, not the most generous in the industry (they'll replace under warranty if 4+ dead pixels) but for the low price, I think I could have lived with 2 dead pixels. If I needed a guarantee of zero dead pixels, I guess there are other more expensive vendors who will do that.

$80 (after the $5 coupon) compared to quotes of $175 to $200 for the panel alone - not bad!

The $15 standard shipping is reasonable considering the size of the package and the amount of care and packing materials involved.

Customer service was a bit hard to reach by telephone, and were unable to tell me which exact manufacturer my screen would be from (the website says they'll tell you if you ask), so I ding them a little bit on customer service. But when all was said and done, they shipped a good product and did it well and did it quick, so I gave them 4/5 stars for customer service overall. Everything else I gave 5/5.

Will definitely buy from Bliss again if I need a LCD panel again and recommend to others.

Cheapest on ebay. It's such a relief that this service is available and going strong. I fully support this business, it's Christmas time and a good chunk of my money would have gone to repairing the screen or keeping a broken one. Got the screen followed the easy instructions and was sooo relieved.

"SHOP HERE! Thank you so much! Ordered a screen for my daughter for Christmas from another company that really messed things up. after cancelling that order and having a melt down trying to find one that could get it here before christmas I found you. It has only been 1 hour since purchase and I have recieved my tracking number from UPS! It is in their hands now... but you rock and saved my Christmas.

"Ordered a replacement screen from Bliss with the help of Michelle. She was very helpful and advised which screen would work with my laptop. They did not have inventory. I received a call to say that they would ship the screen the following Monday. A little inconvenient but understandable. The screen came very well packed and delivered quickly. Would order from them again. Great service."

"I was referred to Bliss Computers by someone in my office that builds and repairs computers on the side. My daughter’s laptop was six months old and the LCD screen was damaged at school. After speaking with the staff at Bliss and getting the advice to get the part number from the screen itself I tried to get it from HP. Their web site was no help apparently the model was so new that information about my machine was not available. I spoke with a HP representative but the part number they gave was not correct as it turned out. They referred me to another call center to ensure the part was correct and I received yet another number from them. Needless to say I was not confident so decided to pull the old screen out and make the drive to the business location. The team at Bliss Computers were very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and excited that they could proved me with the LCD screen I needed. The laptop works fine and the picture is just like new. Thanks to everyone at Bliss Computers for making my Thanksgiving terrific."

"Ordered a LCD for my T61 LENOVO 42T0406 LAPTOP LCD SCREEN 14.1" WXGA+ GLOSSY CCFL. Cost $99.98 with shipping. When it came dint work and appeared dead.
Asked for a replacement, got a RMA and sent by FEDEX gound, I had to pay shipping. Now I am waiting for a replacement that they say will work, as I have provided them with LCD original MANUFACTURE part # LP141WP1(TL)(B7).
I will update once I receive the new LCD replacement.
Update: Bliss computers responded well.
Received a new LCD replacement, connected to computer and I can see data, but there are red dots appearing on the pics...Don't know if it is the problem with LCD or inverter/LCD cable.
Sent some pics to blisscomputers and waiting to hear from them.
It appears that there was some problem on my Laptop motherboard. Even after changing the LCD cable and iverter, the problem persisted and couldn't be solved.
I appreciate the customer service from BLISS, but the service could be better.
They could have sent a good LCD first time. It took nearly a week to get the replacement.

"I am quite happy that I found Bliss. I too have ordered a replacement LCD from (2) other companies claiming that it was correct replacement only to receive the incorrect one. Ordered from Bliss on a Friday afternoon and had the LCD Tuesday, to Me that was fast seeing that a weekend was involved and I choose standard shipping!! I am sure I will be using Bliss again since I replace LCD's often for My customers......thanks again Bliss!!!!!"

"I want to say how easy it was to place an order from Bliss Computers! After a long search and making an order from another company, who by the way sent me the wrong screen and having to pay shipping to return the wrong screen, it was a real headache. I ordered the product in the morning of 10/18/2010 from California, and I received it the next afternoon on 10/19/2010. It was an easy transaction, from placing the order to the awesome next day delivery! It was installed and working within 30 minutes from the time I received it! Thank you!"

"I order the wrong lcd, and when I contacted them about my own error, they responded very quickly, helpfully and treated me like they made the error. Michelle there is FAB!! I wouldn't buy an lcd from anyone else!!! As being an IT tech and having my own company, I deal with plenty of vendors. But this organization really gets it!!!"

"I found my Alienware laptop's exact screen type and was very elated that I finally found a place that would provide me with a new screen after having dealt with a massive crack in the original screen for such a long time. I ordered the screen and waited about a week and a half for the new screen to arrive. I quickly took out the old one and put the new one in only to find out that I had been sent a faulty screen. Somewhat disheartened, I called Bliss and they confirmed that I needed to send it back in and get a new one. So I sent it back and waited almost three and a half weeks to finally get a working screen. I put the second new screen in and it worked perfectly! So I had about two days of full screen happiness before this extremely annoying yellow line appeared on the middle-right side of the screen. I sent in a review to their website after the line appeared and they responded very quickly - within 24 hours. They offered to send me a brand new screen free of charge, without even requesting me to send in the one with the yellow line. This has made me extremely happy as I have been without a clean screen for over half a year now. In my experience with contacting them they have always been helpful and courteous to my demands. I very much appreciate a company that will listen to me rant and rave :) Definitely a good experience!"

"I have to tell you that I was concerned about placing an order with this company, as they were unknown to me. But I did and when the initial part arrived it was the wrong part for my PC. I called them and they asked for pictures of my PC to ensure they could get the correct part. They asked for 2 pictures which I provided and the next day I received the correct part and an RMA for the return shipment for the wrong part. Bottom line is they DID the right thing in working with a new customer. I would use them again without question. And did I mention their price was about a third of what Dell wanted! "
