"I've bought a few things from them over the years, of varying quality, reflected by the price, but never had an issue with them before. Technically still haven't, but the post office lost my most recent order just before delivery, so I got ahold of the post office and they said they'd "look into it". I didn't find that very comforting so I sent an email mail to customer service at blade hq and got in touch with the fantastic Sharon R and she verified I did order it and it said it was delivered, but didn't get it. So she sent out replacement and I just thought they would try to pressure the post office from their side, so definitely above and beyond but I am absolutely over the moon that it is just solved and done. "I had an issue with my delivery (USPS's fault, NOT Blade HQ). I contacted their customer service department via email and spoke with Brooke H. She was very diligent and got back to me quickly. Within three days another knife was on the way at no charge to me. It was the easiest replacement process I have ever experienced and I was treated with courtesy and respect!

"I asked Hannah about some products on the site that seemed like duplicates, and she had someone actually go and check their stock to see what the deal was, kept me informed each time there was an update, and the result was a duplicate listing being removed from the site. She could have easily just said that sometimes duplicates happen, or that the products were different and I just didn't realize it, but she (and others) went out of their way to check and confirm some random site user's suspicions. I ordered 3 OTF knives on Sunday Feb. 5th. I received them on Wed. the 8th.
One of the models I received was not the model I ordered. I emailed the company on Sat. the 11th. about my issue. I received a reply from Hannah on Sunday! (Not a posted working day). Hannah looked into my issue on Mon. the 13th, found that some models were incorrectly labeled, and made sure that I was shipped the correct model by Tues. the 14th. I received the correct model on Fri. the 17th! Thank you Hannah (and others involved) for the super quality customer service!"

"I finally spotted "the knife" and purchased it. It came! But product was defective. When I went to return the knife just looking for the exact same model. They said they would return the product and that was the only thing they could do. It took 10 days in transit and I'm still missing the $$$. Now "the knife" is no longer available. Well I didn't want to wait more so I picked something very similar and... One of the screws is stripped out. So now I'm several hundred dollars out and still don't have a "complete" knife and waiting another 2 weeks to try and get this right really doesn't sound good."
