Customer Service

"Bought a Benchmade knife and didn’t receive the free torx tool kit BHQ was offering with Benchmade purchases at the time. I emailed BHQ inquiring about it and Branson with customer service responded back almost immediately (I was shocked it was so quick). He stated that it was simply an oversight and that he’d see to it the shippers would get the kit sent to me. That was on a Friday, and Monday the kit arrived from across the country, wow! Branson you are awesome and true to your word. Thank you for expressing such interest & resolve to my issue. BHQ rocks from product line to customer service, and that is why you have my business!

Great experience overall!

"I purchased a part for a benchmade knife but due to reasons unrelated to Blade HQ I was unable to swap out the part and and had to return it. Brooke H. was very helpful and made the process quick and painless. Long story short, Blade HQ has lots of good stuff to buy and if you need any assistance, their support is amazing!"

Walmart of sharp things

"BladeHQ is basically Walmart of sharp things. they have everything you need without the crappy customer services of Walmart. The customer service BladeHQ offers is one of the top in blade world and their videos in YouTube is very informative. BladeHQ also have some amazing elusive runs with decent pricing as well as good Layaway program. "

"I am an avid knife collector, and ever since I found Blade HQ They are definitely my go to for all my knives. They even have a great layaway plan. I actually just had a financial situation while I had a couple expensive knives in layaway. I contacted customer support and spoke with a Melissa G. and she got me my money back without charging me any fees. Superior Customer Service

"I recently purchased a couple of knives but I had a problem with delivery from USPS. I contacted Customer Service and got a very fast response from Keith who explained how the process worked in situations like this. He made me feel a lot better about my missing orders. Thank you Keith!!

I have been shopping at Blade HQ for years and there are good reasons why. They have fantastic customer service (again, thank you Keith!!), a huge selection of knives, a cool website, plus I love their emails.

Quick and Knowledgeable

"But too nice for him Blade HQ. I had an issue with one that I didn’t know was a safety precaution. Emailed the company immediately received a response from Keith. He very easily explain to me how to fix the issue. I thought his instructions and the issue was fixed. "I had recently picked up the CRKT Linchpin Deadbolt from BladeHQ while it was on sale. I enjoyed the knife, it cut well & looked menacing. I carried it for a few days & unfortunately the pocket clip ended up snapping off. I requested a return from BladeHQ & they accepted. The overall return process was incredibly smooth. "I had a problem with a knife and I called and got an answer almost immediately, I talked to Hannah and she was very understanding and resolved the problem quick!
