Fantastic Customer Service.

"Alyssa T. was awesome! I purchased a knife I was just not happy with and was able to return it no issues. I also purchased a sharpening stone that was broken on arrival, the glue had come undone and the stone broke in half. Alyssa processed my return and contacted me very quickly.

I have purchased several knives, bit drivers, and accessories from Blade HQ and will continue to do so.

Professional service

"Bought 2 knives for 34.99each. The next day they went on sale for 24.99 each. I called to see if the could refund me the $20 difference. John the representative did not flinch. He verified my order and issued a credit. Very good customer service. John was prompt polite and fast on the phone. Reminded me of what customer service is supposed to be! Thank you very much "

Excellent support from Aaron

"I ended up having a pretty tragic issue with my order in which my knife went missing.
It took quite some time to get things in order but Aaron came through and sent me a replacement knife.
My replacement arrived very quickly and the packaging was over the top phenomenal.

I always got a quick response and great service, Aaron is the best!
