"I ordered a Canon 60D camera on Cyber Monday at a great price. The following Thursday I received a phone call wanting me to "upgrade" the order to include a greatly over priced battery or SD card. I refused to "upgrade" and was told to expect shipment in 7 to 9 days. Two weeks later I received an e-mail informing me they were now out of stock and would not be delivered before Christmas and I could cancel by calling them.
