"ok so i found this site reading reviews on the t2i and saw it offered the cheapest price so i went ahead and ordered it that Saturday afternoon, next day i received a phone call to confirm order and if i wanted to upgraded battery and a case (Bait and Switch) i turned it down. Few days later i saw my account was charged for the camera didn't get a email with shipping information so called in spoke to the rep said order was being processed and would be shipped soon and would be receiving confirmation by email and was hung up on. Monday 5/2/2011 i call in to find out status of my order was transferred to Anthony who said the camera had been shipped on Friday and i should be receiving a email with tracking information by the end of the day never got that email. Now 5/4/2011 and still no email so again i call in speak to Anthony who assures me i should be receiving my camera by the end of this week he provides me with a tracking number from usps try and it and of course its no good, im running out of patience and wait till the end of this week I have contacted my credit card company BBB next and will give Best Price Electronics to deliver me a brand new camera."

"Having seen an ad for this company on a reputable camera review website, and determining that Best Price did indeed have the best price for the item I wanted, I placed an online order, on March 29, for a Pentax K-r with the kit lens in the white body (the K-r comes in black, white and red). This was inteneded as a present to my daughter for her 14th birthday which was April 7. The item was listed as in stock and available. The next day I was called at work by a salesman "confirming" my order, which in reality was an attempt by the vendor to sell me additional items (extended battery, memory card, extended service/warranty contract, editing software, etc.). This did not offend me in principal; heck, even Dell tried to upsell me on service contracts and extras when I bought a lap top from them. I politely declined, but I did ask about shipping and informed the saleman of the time sensitive nature of the purchase. He assured me that the camera was in stock in Brooklyn and, as the shipping location was all of 30 miles away from their Kings County location I could use their free shipping option and receive my daughter's big present in more then enough time for the big event (we even shared a laugh over the "long" shipping distance, and how even the US Post Office couldn't blow the date on 30 mile delivery). I sat back and waited for the delivery.

Over the weekend I first saw this site and started becoming nervous over whether the camera would arrive in time. Monday morning I called. I was told that the order had been dropped shipped to one of the company's vendors and was being shipped to me direct from the vendor (they wouldn't tell me from where). They told me the package was shipped via USPS on Friday April 1 and I should get it by Friday April 8. When I complained that this was past what I was guareenteed by the salesman I was told rather rudely what should I expect for free. I also told that shipping confirmation and tracking info would be sent to me via email by the close of business (even though they puported to have confirmation that the package had shipped the previous Friday). Monday no email. Tuesday morning I called and asked about the confirmation. The representiive told me I had misunderstood, and the policy was not to send the informational email until two business days after shipping which meant close of business Tuesday. I was also informed that meant close of business for the shipping vendor, which in thios case was in California! I told them I wanted to cancel the order, they said I couldn't once the item shipped and was hung up on me. A little while later, I was called by a "manager" who said he could try to make this right and he would send me the camera in black and express mail it in time for my daughter's birthday. I said if I wanted it in black I would have ordered it in black and I wanted to cancel. He told me I would have to refuse delivery and then pay return shipping, insurance and a 30% restocking fee-- and then hung up on me. Again that night, no confirming email. Now Wednesday morning, I call to say I didn't get the confirming email. They apologize and within an hour I get a cut-and-paste email (with USPS logo) giving me a tracking number and promising delievery- in writing- by Friday, April 8. I explain to my daughter, who is a trooper, that the present won't arrive on time. She says Friday is cool, she really wants this DSLR. BUT-- I go to check tracking and there is no such tracking number in USPS. Thursday and Friday come and go and no delivery. My local post office says the package is not there and is not in the system. Friday night (Best Price Electronics is now closed for the Sabbath), I email to say I am canceling for non-delivery and demand a full credit to my card. No delivery on Saturday. Sunday I do what I should have done in the start and walk into Abe's of Maine's showroom and buy the exact same camera for $20 bucks more. Sure, I had to cough up the NJ sales tax, but big deal, my kid had the camera and I was kicking myself for dealing with a shady outfit just to save a couple of bucks. My credit finally came through today, but there never was a delivery and clearly this merchant never shipped the product and provided false shipping information. I don't know what they get out of dealing with consumers like this, but I'm not done with them. The Postal Inspection Service (ie. the Post Office Police) will be looking into the false tracking number and deceit in saying the package had been placed in the mails and I'm consideering calling the NY Attorney General's consumer fraud division.

Bottom line, avoid like the plague and don't not take action because of the false representations. Everything about this company reeks.

"My husband bought me a camera for Christmas and I love it. It is a Fuji Finpix HS10 and it does everything that they said it would. He bought the camera at a great sales price and they added some great bonuses; a memory card, rechargable batteries and charger, and a great carrying case. We would definately use Best Price again, they were very helpful and great to talk to. They beat every other stores price by a large amount. We had ordered the same camera from another place and thought it was shipped but they didn't have it in stock, so this camera was ordered last minute, 12/20, and arrived 2 days later in perfect condition for Christmas."

"I ordered my camera on 3/20/2011 and was contacted on 3/21/2011 by one of thear fast talking sales persons claiming to be thear manager. He proceded trying to sell a bunch of extra items for my camera he called a package deal worth over $800.00 .My order finaly showed up on 3/31/2011 short of what I was promised by the sales person.Not only did they short me on my order ther so called package deal worth over $800.00 priced out on thear oun website for just over $300.00 of pure junk. My original order for a canon 7D $1429.00,Canon 24-70 f/2.8L lenes $1299.00 total $2728.00 they charged me $3499.99 adiferance $771.99 for $300.00 of Zeikos junk. (Consumers be bewear )"

"they made me lose money they made me lose time and at the end they just managed to cancel my order, and i did never got the item i bought for them, they sent the camera i was buying without a tracking number, so we were never able to know were my camera was, in fact im starting to think they never ever sent it , worst custom service and worst buying experience ever"

"I looked at many online websites for a canon vixia hfs200 camcorder and finally after literally hours of searching, best price electronics had the best deal. Not only that, but I also wanted to find a package deal to go with my purchase. Best price electronics(I'm just going to say BPE) had many package choices for a great value. To make it even better, you could customize what you want in your package including better lenses, bigger camcorder cases, tripod, extra battery with car charger, and more. And their customer service is great! They made a mistake on one of my order and when I called them, they said they'd take care of it no cost and I could keep what they sent me free! And the guy was really nice and understanding and kept thanking me for my business. And the camcorder and everything came just on time and everything works perfectly. Definantely I would recommend this site to others!"

"Have to admit that I was a bit skeptical after I ordered the camera from this merchant, especially after I read some of the feedback about their delivery dates.

But I have to admit that it turned out that the merchant is pretty amazing, got my Canon 60D camera, and it's even 150$ less than everywhere else on the web. Can't ask for more! Thanks guys.

"I purchased a Cannon SLR digital camera as a gift. I did receive a follow up call to confirm my order, and was provided with options for bundle packages, batteries, memory cards, and other accessory deals. After a 10 minute discussion with the salesman regarding the packages and additional accessories, the transaction was completed and finalized. The package was delivered timely and the products were as described on the website and by the salesman.

Overall, with exception of the rather long confirmation call, it was an easy order process, accurate desciption of products, and timely delivery of items ordered.

"I made a major investment in buying a DSLR camera from bestpriceelectronics.com since they were available as one of the resellers on a Camera review site dpreview.com. I am extremely pleased with the purchase to delivery to follow up customer service calls where they have been excellent and courteous and many times going out of their way. I was also able to select the body and lens easily from their site not available in major stores or sites i.e. you either do not get the high end bodies or lenses in the configuration you need. All in all, I am pleased with my choice of buying from bestpriceelectronics due to price,service and availability and recommend them for a great buying experience. Many nice items were thrown in as part of the package which I have begun to appreciate when I see the prices they are available for in stores."

"I placed an order on 3/21 night, on 3/22 I got a call from Bestpriceelectronics rep to confirm the order. At that point he informed me that the product needs to be ordered from Canon who will ship directly to me.

I called on 3/23 to check status and spoke to Raymond. He told me the order has been cleared and will be shipped today. BEFORE I COULD ASK HIM FEW MORE QUESTIONS ON THE ORDER HE HUNG UP. IT WAS NOT AN ACCIDENT AS I HEARD THE RECEIVER BEING PUT DOWN. THAT WAS RUDE SPECIALLY WHEN I JUST BOUGHT SOMETHING FOR $2900.

Raymond may be right about the products being shipped out today but I am giving a very very poor rating for customer service.

I got a call from Anthony with merchant. He was very courteous and guaranteed me that items will be shipped out and I will receive them by Friday 25th. I changed my rating based on Anthorny's quick response and courteousness.

ALTHOUGH I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AT FIRST, I AM EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH WHAT THEY DID TO MAKE IT UP. The items came to me not only on time, it came earlier than promised. Anthony kept up to his word and made sure I received what was promised. I am so impressed, not only I am increasing the rating I will make them the preferred merchant for electronics going foward.
