"Finally had an order from BestByte that did not go 100% smooth. Emailed them and in less than 30 minutes ahd a response promising to send everything that was wrong with my order. I was taken back to get such a prompt repy from them and promise to fix my order postage free like that. My orders are not large, even though they are on the average of one every month and a half or so.
This company is tops in my book, as have written about them here before, the only thing holding this excellent company back is limited amount of items for sale, though if you are in need of a cooling product, there is little need to look elsewhere regardless of what cooling product you are looking for and pricewise with the added benefit that you just cannot beat the shipping costs this company has and as have just found out, their customer service when something does go wrong is top notch.

Shipping Packages arrive looking a little suspect at times (they must re-use shipping materials), but items have always been protected well and arrived in perfect condition. "Very good service, shipping took awile but good customer service. I order some fans and a fan controller, when I placed my order the fan controller was in stock but when they processed my order it was out of stock. They CALLED me up and asked what I wanted to do, I told them jsut to get me a different color. They were like ok we will have that out to you in a jiff. "I ordered 4 case fans and a vga cooler on Nov. 7th, 2004. I immediately recieved an e-mail w/ my tracking number. At first i was amazed at the speed. I entered my tracking number in, and got nothing. This angered me, for when i call them and email them, they don't respond. All i have 2 say is, it's PERFECTLY FINE to order from this site. They dont package in pretty little boxes, with little bows on the top, they dont have the best customer service, they dont give u the correct tracking number, but they give u the package with an amazingly cheap price. Other than the fact that it took 11 days to come, i was very satisfied b/c of the very cheap prices. if u have patience, and you want somethin cheap, order from them. I will order from them again! :)"

"I was searching for some Arctic Silver 5, and they had the lowest price I could find. They offered free 1st class shipping, so it was a great deal (and I wasn't in a screaming hurry). I ordered it early Mon Oct 4th, and received it Friday or Saturday.
Only complaint is after I got my invoice I never heard from them again. Being this is the first time I ordered from them, it would have made me more comfortable to have gotten a e-mail saying my order had shipped and the USPS tracking number."
"I had previously ordered from BestByte and had good experiences. On my latest experience, I saw something I wanted on pricewatch and decided to pick up a few additional things on the same order. PriceWatch said that shipping was free, and my order confirmation even said this. They then emailed me later telling me that if I wanted one of the items in my shipment, I would have to pay shipping. I cancelled my order, but I felt that I shouldn't have received a confirmation and everything if the deal is going to change."

Called to change the order just a few minutes later, but they had already processed my order and were packaging it! Amazing. Arrived at my house a few days later. "Wonderful experience. I found these guys on Pricewatch, they had GREAT prices! I read some reviews and it seemed like the worst thing that happen to people was not getting the right tracking number. Well it happen to me too. I ordered USPS Priority and they just emailed me the numbers on the USPS box. No biggie though, the order came in 3 days. It was two Zalman NB heatsinks and 1 Vantec Stealth. The shipping price was actual shipping! Under five bucks! I will definiately check in with Best Byte when it comes to ordering my next computer part (better prices than Newegg.com). Now, I've never had a problem with newegg, but they did jack me around on shipping of 3 case fans. There was shipping per fan eventhough they all came in the same box. Shipping was combined with Best Byte, that's the way it should be. Like I said, I'll being doing some shopping with these guys again. Thanks."
