"Ordered some Turtle Beach wireless headphones and an extra chat cable. Second time ordering from them and another great experience. Dealt with Jason regarding adding an extra item to the order which he shipped via Purolator for no extra charge!!! These guys a great to deal with I will definately purchase again from them in the future."

"Just bought an ASUS G73jh-B1 from Bestdirect.ca. Originally ordered the A2 model but unfortunetly Asus had this model discontinued and they didn't have them in stock anymore :( So I ask for a refund first which was handled very quickly and politely. They didn't force me in any ways to actually buy another laptop right away which I really appreciated. It also gave me time to re-evaluate the laptop I was going to buy. I finally decided to go with the B1 model even with the little increase in price. From my first experience with Bestdirect, I had absolutly no fears. I exchanged some emails with one of their employee to make sure they had the new model in stock and he also agreed to free air shipping (I live in Quebec city btw) to compensate for the delay on my first order (I need a PC for school ASAP). Well, I'm happy to say everything and I mean everyting went very smoothly. Got my laptop this aternoon and I love it so much; couldn't be happier at the moment. As a matter of fact, I'm writing this review using my brand laptop!

All in all, I highly recommend this store! Consumer care is top-notch and prices are unbeatable in Canada as far as I know. I would certainly buy again from them.

"Good prices, fast handling&shipping. One item was backorder even if labeled available on the website, but I was quickly advised about it and even offered a free air-shipping for when its in stock.
Customer support was A+ : they called me to check everything was allright and then emailed me for confirmation.
I decided to get a refund on the backorder item and I was credited the very next day.
So from my recent experience, I recommend them.

"Due to a weak link in Best Direct's customer service team I waited two and a half weeks for an item that should have arrived in less than a week. Even after submitting three e-mail inquiries my outstanding order was not being dealt with.
After a phone call from me, however, the manager immediately corrected the problem and made sure that my order was filled and delivered the next day. I’m very impressed by the way he personally gets involved with his customers to ensure they are happy and satisfied.
I will definitely come back for my computer hardware in the future because Best Direct also has the best prices that I could find in Canada. Thank you Best Direct.

"Order placed on 2010/08/17.
Their computer called me 6 times to confirm the order.
I called them then. Talked to a rather unpleasant clerk who said they would call me if they had a problem with the order.
Called them again on 2010/08/23. The clerk said they were out of stock but they would give me a ETA.
Called 6 hours later to cancel the order.
Then they cancelled my account.....
But my credit card was charged on Aug. 18 and they did NOT issue a refund.
And they do not reply to my e-mail.

"We can judge the online store with his service after sell.

Unfortunately I had a problem with a CD / DVD and I had to RMA.
The procedure is directly accessible on the web side account. The return service was excellent and very reasonable time. Paying on my account.

BestDirect.ca Overhalla has excellent prices, fast delivery, perfect return procedure. I certainly would be a future customer.

"A dismal experience. I placed the order on the 25th on an in stock video card. The first alarm bell went off when they charged my credit card immediately. After three days I sent a message asking what was going on and why they had charged my credit card when shipping wasn't imminent. They replied within a few hours that the item would ship the next day and that I would receive a tracking number.

I waited another 5 days with no emails, no tracking number and certainly no item. I sent another message asking them to cancel the order and refund my money. Suddenly the peppy customer service went silent.

So I have no video card and I'm about to go through the hassle of having the bank do a chargeback. Stay as far away from these guys as possible. A few bucks is not worth it.

"Great experience, ordered a bunch of computer supplies from them. Shipping was quick.

One part ended up being defective and it was fairly simple to mail it back to them (they paid for shipping) and credited my account (creditcard).

Would definitely purchase from this seller in the future.

"First, I have to say they have the best prices. The only other company that have similar prices is DirectCanada.com... And I should have ordered there. BestDirect.ca website shows that items are in-stock, even after I received my invoice containing a "back ordered" item and a "pending shipment". They need to improve their stock control seriously because people will get sick of this mess. It also cost them one more package to ship (I use the 8.99$ flat rate shipping promo)."

"Not rrecommended in any way shape or form. Placed my order on the 26 of December 2009, web site showed item was in stock. After 2 emails and 4 phone calls the item arrived on the 11 of Jan 2010. When I called they told me the item was out of stock yet the web site still indicated it was in stock, they said the web site was slow to update. I'd have to agree as it states right now that I haven't even paid for my item and it has not been shipped yet. Avoid this company at all costs. I have ordered several computer parts from BC and this is the first company to take more than 3 business days to get to Hamilton Ontario. DirectCanada has the item here the next business day if I order before noon Hamilton time and their web site is accurate and updated instantly.

"Firstly, the stock they show on their website "in Toronto" is at their reseller (not another warehouse). I ordered the product with Express shipping. After 3 days, my order status hasn't changed so I call them and I'm informed that the item is backordered (without notification - despite promises on their website). I'm promised a call back with 45 min, but after 75 min when I call them, they've just cancelled the order."

"4 out of 5 stars. Good experience overall, only complaint is that some "in stock" items may not actually be available, but they corrected in a timely manner. Would have given them 5 stars without the error. Would have given them 0 stars if they did not correct the error. Would have given them 1,2, or 3 stars if they gave me any level of difficulty in resolving the issue. In the end, they get 4 stars because they were very co-operative, and they corrected the error 100%."
