"I ordered a set of computer speakers, the logitech z623, really pumped about the product. Website was advertising that the product was in stock and ships within 3 - 5 business days. So on the 20th, seeing that nothing had changed in the status of my order, I decided to call their toll free line to see what was happening. I was told that they had to order the speakers directly from logitech when clearly their website stated that the product was in stock; and that my product should arrive in Vancouver around the 27th and then ship to New Brunswick. So really not worth going through them, I really feel like I have been lied too and I would not recommend anyone to buy from bestdirect, if I wanted to buy from logitech I would of bought from logitech, thankfully they refunded my credit card with absolutely no hassle, that was sadly the only thing that went well. I ordered the same speakers through DirectCanada.ca and hopefully I get better service, after reading many reviews, which I should of done in the first place for BestDirect, and the reviews that have been given 5 stars I guarantee you are fake. Anyways, I think it would be anyone's duty to write a review or even report BestDirect."

"Terrible reseller... I ordered an item, it was listed in stock on the time I was paying for it. Then I was waiting for it to be shipped for 2 days, called them, they say it is ready to be shipped, just waiting to be picked up by a carrier. Waited for another day, called them back, they say, sorry but the item is not in stock... The guy said it will arrive in 1-2 days. Waited for a bit more and cancelled my order. I even had to call them to make sure they did cancel it and send me an invoice cuz they haven't done it right away. I am really surprised how this "company" is still in business."

Anyway.. I ordered at least 10 times from them. Always received my things in good condition and fast delievery.

"Do not order from this company especially if its something you really want. On boxing day I purchased a dyson vacuume from them for $289. NCIX had the same item on sale for $299 but decided to cheap out and save $10. 4 days later i received an email for David Wang saying their item is no longer in stock. I've tried to contact them several times since then to no avail.
I guess is serves me right for trying to save $10.

"After I ordered a Iomega 12Tb NAS server from this website called bestdirect.ca or NCIX.com or Shopstar network inc. They didn't ship out anything, and didn't refund my payment, if you call them, they'll just say it's dealing by another department, and put you on wait forever. I have been waiting for more than a month, and all I got is their junk mail and fake refund record. I have already report this fraud to RCMP and BBB, don't be fooled by their low price, they actually don't ship the item out and trying to steal from you online.

don't forget the check the 5 star "French and English" review (in the same page) wrote by bestdirect.ca themselves, how can they fake it in such a dumb way?

"I have ordered a phone which was "In stock", after 6 days it is still not shipped. "I purchased a Logitech G930 headset on the Bestdirect.ca website. On the webpage it says it is instock and will ship in 2~3 business days. It even go on to say that it has 68 and >20 in stock in their Toronto and Vancouver locations respectively.

I waited for 4 days and seeing there is no change in shipping status, I decided to give them a call. As it turned out they had none in stock and was waiting for their supplier to ship it to them. It will take another week to receive then however many days to then ship it to me.

As a customer, one of the things I hate the most is being lied to. This is blant misinformation being put on their website. I have asked for a refund and waiting to see how that goes. I will post my follow up experience for the refund.

"Not very impressed at the speed of delivery. I ordered a single processor on Saturday. Called them on Thursday and it still hadn't been shipped. Had no trouble reaching someone on the phone and he said it would be shipped the next day, but I shouldn't have to bug them on the phone to have my order shipped."

I am a customer for several years in BestDirect. I never had any problems so far. I did not buy much, but every transaction was treated quickly and without proper shipping service to be the best. The product range is excellent. The customer service via email, I've never used so I could not say. The prices are the best of the web constantly. Despite this I often hesitate to buy their home because of poor assessment. But since two years have seen changes. Their website is easy to use. Transportation costs are often free with purchase over $ 50. You must take this into account. I had a problem with faulty goods and I make a RMA procedure on their website. I received a confirmation number for transport and I had no charge. No question and have refunded the Manta total. WOW! The best of the web according to RMA my experiences with different merchant. Payment methods are excellent and sufficient. No credit card payment interaction.

You can buy with confidence at Bestdirect.ca no doubt. I definitely recommend this seller

Le service a la clientèle par courriel, je ne l'ai jamais utiliser alors je ne pourrais pas dire. Les prix sont les meilleurs du web constamment. Malgré cela j'ai souvent hésitez a acheter chez-eux a cause de mauvaise évaluation. Mais depuis 2 ans ont constate des changements. Leur site web est facile a utiliser. Les frais de transport sont souvent gratuit avec achat de plus de 50$. Vous devez en tenir compte. J'ai eu un problème de marchandise défectueuse et j'ai effectuer un RMA procédure sur leur site web. J'ai reçu un numéro de confirmation pour le transport et je n'ai eu aucune charge. Aucune question et ils ont remboursée le mantant total. WOW ! Le meilleurs RMA du web selon mes expériences avec différent marchand. Les méthodes de paiement sont excellente et suffisante. Pas de paiement interac carte bancaire.

"After the CD drive in my MacBook broke down, I decided to replace not only it, but my hard drive and RAM, as I have been meaning to do for awhile. After looking around for a few weeks, I found the exact hard drive and RAM for me. So I set out to find the lowest price, preferably from a Canadian retailer. After a lot of searching around, I stumbled upon BestDirect.ca! I am not kidding, when I say that they had the lowest price on the hard drive, and one of the lowest prices on RAM. And to make it better, they were a Canadian company, actually located a couple cities away from me... At the time, they also had a free shipping deal, for orders over a certain cost. That topped the deal for me, and after checking to make sure it wasn't one of those scam companies (they're not) I made my order, of the hard drive, the ram, and a hard drive enclosure that I saw for $5 (I'm kinda impulsive :P).
I got the important items-hard drive and RAM- within a week, which isn't the best, considering how close they were, but hey-It's FREE shipping!!! The last item, the non-urgent hard drive enclosure was backordered. It got here almost a month late...but before it shipped, I asked customer service to add one more item to the order, to be shipped with the enclosure. They did as I asked, and I got everything in perfect shape and quantities.
On top of all that, the customer service was amazing, and made the ordering process very great, as the free shipping deal wasn't working automatically.
I highly recommend BestDirect, if they have what you are looking for, they are an amazing company, and I will certainly be buying from them again!

"In stock…! I buy…no at Best Direct they take one month to send me a in stock motherboard. This a explanation of the Customer Care Team :


According to our internal system we do not have any. The reason it shows that we do have stock is because our website using what is called a Logistics Inventory - this means that our suppliers as well as our own stock are all merged. We currently have an order in for more from our supplier, but we do not currently have an ETA of when we will see it. Did you want to switch to a different one to speed this process up?
