First they did not give me any update after the order condirmation. When I called to check, I was told they will give me tracking number. Then it went silent again.
When I called back again, I was told, it was sold out and they wanted to cancel my order.
What I ordered was a massage chair.
I will not order anything from them again."

"Went here after cancelling with us1camera. A bit more expensive. Phoned and hit me with a 3% insurance charge which did not seem to be optional. Did try and sell me a warranty, but pleasant about it. Dealt with a guy named Moses. Always answer quickly when I phoned could get hold of Moses and also answered emails by the same fellow. I did have a problem in that the camaera was not in a sealed box and from the contents it was clear someone had been through it. The aa batteries were not in their shrinkwrap and a number of the items such as the camcorder battery were in their plastic bag but no longer had a tape to keep the bag closed. Moses told me since this was a professional (prosumer) camcorder they did not come in a sealed box but assurred me it was new. The camera did seem ok and having already had one ordered cancelled I was not keen to repeat. He did offer to refund the money and return postage and I could go ahead and check the camera was ok and still return it if dissatisfied. I am inclined to give this outfit the benefit of the doubt but if anyone knows whether it is true about the sealed box I would be interested in hearing it."

"After hassling with the "rockbottom price" retailers for a high end Sony camcorder, I decided to try this retailer. The price was low, but not rockbottom, and the shipping was reasonable. Their web site did state a possible 2-5% surcharge for handling and insurance, and they did hit me with 2% on the purchase, but I got the item the next day at a total overall price that was good, but not amazing. They were straightforward and polite, and only made a passing attempt at selling the "accessory" package."
