"I ordered Samsung 55" 3D TV with free shipping on monday (order conformation #BB5088 stated PENDING). Tuesday, no email confirmed, call the Co., on the phone the sales rep. told me they could not ship the TV unless I pay for a mandatory insurance for shipping or I purchase extra warranties or 3D starter package . After declining to purchase more items which is stated FREE SHIPPING, he offered me 50% off on the warranties or pay for upgrade shipping fee in order to get the T V shipped out. Bad practice. I canceled my order. DON'T believe Those 5 stars rating. Something wrong.

"Website listed free shipping when we ordered the TV. Then called back the next day saying they cannot send the item until we payed a $150 shipping fee. Don't trust their website!"

"Buyer Beware! Others have told you about their "free" shipping-I had the same experience-NOT FREE. But there are other problems too. If you need to return ANYTHING they charge you a 25% restocking fee. And before returning any item, (within 14 days), you must contact their Returns Department for Authorization! I can see that on large items such as TVs but on cables and 3D glasses -Oh, please! I would have lost $78.00 on “restocking” fees if I had returned the cable and 3D glasses I didn’t want. Speaking of cables...I ordered one to go from my TV to my Dish box. They talked me into getting a $100 cable which was totally not necessary - ok, maybe I should have done more research first but, still, they should have been more honest. But that’s not all- I found the $100 cable they sent me in a local store for 39.99. Total rip-off. However, the price on the TV I got was very good as was the delivery service. Nevertheless, I will not purchase from them again."

"Beware. Make sure you read the fine print with this company. Ordered a 60 inch sharp tv. FREE Shipping. Received call from them next day telling me there was a 149.00 extra charge for shipping due to size of tv. When i mentioned that it said free shipping the salesperson then said let me check and came back and told me it was only 99.00 for shipping. I once again said FREE shipping and he then said it wasnt for shipping but for insurance purposes. Then when I said cancel the order he got an attitude with me. Never will buy anything from this company"

"STAY AWAY!!!! I called BestBuyPCS to order an 55" LG television, their website said it was in stock with free shipping. When I got the salesman on the phone, he promptly told my shipping was not free, but was in fact $199! He said he would drop the shipping to $99, but the whole time telling me how he was doing me a favor and that since it was the last unit they should be selling it over price. I placed the order, but then a little later they called me and told me it was out of stock and then proceeded to try and upsell me to a more expensive television. I was at work and told the salesman I couldn't talk and wasn't interested, after it became clear I wasn't going to buy, he just hung up, no goodbye or anything. I don't even know if they cancelled my order! STAY AWAY!!!! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!!!"

"I ordered a WD-73838 from bestbuypcs yesterday around 4pm. I had searched for the best price on the tv and found them to be the best with the price of $1,898.00 with free shipping. Shortly afterward I received an order conformation that stated they would contact me by email when my order shipped and provide a tracking number.

This afternoon when I had gotten off of work I was checking the emails and missed calls / messages on my phone and noticed they had tried contacting me stating they needed verbal authorization. Once on the phone with the sales representative (possibly Brittany) they proceeded to try to get me to purchase extra merchandise (glasses, cables, speakers, etc...) and warranties. After declining to purchase more items and giving my 3 digit CC security code and name for verification she said we were good to go but just before we got off the phone she said that she also needed to confirm a $149 mandatory insurance for shipping ;which is stated all throughout my order process as being free; (I take pictures of every online order I make and have checked them)After telling her that I thought this was am unfair selling practice and against the order I had places she informed me I couple either pay this fee, upgrade my shipping time period for $198 and have the fee dropped, or they would have to cancel my order...


I wish I had read these pages before I ordered as I see they have done this scam to at least a few others on here. I personally had thought the experience was going well until today but will not support a store that enters in these fraudulent activities.

"I have dealt with BestBuyPCS a number of times over the past few months, and have had excellent service from them each time. I have purchased large (55" - 65") TVs, both 3D and regular flat screen, as well as glasses and Blu-Ray players to go with them. They have delivered the itmes in excellent condition and in good time. I've had a couple of complications too, and they've come through with flying colors. Once was a problem with delivery, where the delivery company kept trying to deliver the TV at night, but it was for a business and needed to be delivered during working hours. The shipping company was really a pain to try to deal with directly, so I called BBPCS and they interceded and got it taken care of. Going above and beyond, IMO. Also, once I had to cancel a large TV order, and they handled it very professionally, minimizing the restocking fees. I've mostly dealt with Brittany, and she's been great. But even when I dealt with other people, everything was well handled. I heartily recommend them. "

" If you go large flat screen and buy online; safe prompt shipping becomes a big part of the deal. I purchased a Samsung PN63C8000 bundle and surge protector from BestbuyPCS with the 7 to 10 business day shipping and White Glove Delivery. They were there on the day and time that I chose. The carton was huge. The TV was well protected and no cracks. After six months of too serious screen and sticker viewing I have to thank BestbuyPCS for a happy ending. Dare I mention the $700 under my local brick and mortar."

"Ordered a Panasonic TCP58VT25 3D, paid for the upgraded shipping, it was delivered 11 calendar days later, but it had cracks in the screen. Everyone at every stage has been very professional, nice and I have been told the replacement will received expedited attention. The set did not arrive at my house on a pallet as advertised and I was disappointed that it arrived damaged, but I am hoping Best Buy P.C.S. does the right thing and gets the replacement here soon, as the season’s first football game is on tonight! I will update as appropriate."

"I bought $2400 LG 55LH90 television from BestbuyPCS and with the free shipping it was delivered to my home In about a week.

The transaction was flawless, and I was allowed to pick my delivery time, date and 4-hour window.

A salesman called to confirm my order and suggest upgraded delivery and an extended warranty, but was polite and not pushy.

If the reseller has the item you want at the right price, you cannot expect a better transaction. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

"I ordered and paid for Polk speakers advertised as "in stock" on BestBuyPcs' web page. The next day I received a call telling me they couldn't get those speakers for me and tried to sell me another set of more expensive speakers. I think that is called a bait and switch which is illegal in every state. They offered me $50 off but that was still $120 more than the original speakers I purchased. I understand things go out of stock but BestBuyPCS should have immediately remove the offer from its webpage and offered to send me the next level of speakers for the same price. I would have become a loyal customer at that point but instead they tried to "up sell" me. Poor form!

"Did not honor my order after sending me order confirmation.
First they did not give me any update after the order condirmation. When I called to check, I was told they will give me tracking number. Then it went silent again.
When I called back again, I was told, it was sold out and they wanted to cancel my order.
What I ordered was a massage chair.
I will not order anything from them again.
