"These guys are scammers and con artist. DO NOT BUY from these guys, you will waste your time. I read reviews and they were pretty bad; but I wanted to test if this will really happen to me also. Well, I found out the hard way. Any bad reviews you read on these guys are 100% true. They will have a cheap price on a product then call you and raise the price by $400 and up on top of the price for the item by making up a story about shipping and handling and insurance and all kinds of made up fees. This is so they can jack up the price so that it will be about the same price or more than purchasing at a reputable and legitimate store. Once I heard from this con artist that called me, I immediately had him cancel the order. Again, do not waste your time on this place. I do not know how these guys stay in business by scamming people. "

First one arrive completely smashed in a box that had already been opened. Responses are horrible if at all and lots of promises not lived up to. "Scammers. Ordered a Sony xbr65x850b for an incredibly low $2071. Then I get a call from some guy ostensibly to confirm the order talking about their warehouses in Philadelphia and Georgia and there were seven stops to get to me on the slow boat shipping at an additional charge of $57 a stop, blah, blah, blah. Ordered it from the real best buy. Free deliver, no bs, etc. Save your money and time and buy from a reputable retailer.all the places like bestbuy. bbs, nice electronics, abes, etc. are all con artists. "

"I was interested in purchasing speaker set for $1,574. I called to get more information and check if they are authorized dealer of KEF. Person named Angel said it's probably KEF's mistake that they are not listed on KEF website. He recommended me to get Mack Warranty just in case they are not an authorized dealer (KEF doesn't accept the warranty in this case).

I decided to think about it and told him that I need 5-10min. I called back in 5min to place an order, he said that the price changed, not they are $1,698. :)

I asked to speak with a manager, but of course a manager was busy. I was put on hold, I disconnected after 20min of waiting. I called back 5x in next 2 hours but they don't pickup.

It's a scam, please don't buy from them."

"On 7/17/13 I ordered a Sony VPL HW50ES Projector with Angel, and then I get a call 4 days later informing me that the projector was not available for another 5 weeks. So I cancelled the order. Then I called back a day later and tried to order again and I told him the price that I was earlier quoted. He informed me that I had to pay for shipping and insurance extra. I told him how could it just go up without notice. I somehow feel this company is a scam. They do not keep their word. I had also spoken to their so called manager Bob who could be the owner. I would not reccomend these guys."

"I thought I would give Bestbuypcs benefit of doubt. I ordered by phone (BOB) Sharp 80" 6/20/13. I was told it was in stock, their "Free Shipping" was Curbside drop off, but for additional $198.00 (later dropped to $159.00)it would ship in 48 hours. I check back via chat on their Web Site with LARRY on 06/25/13 and he tells me the TV will ship "In the morning if not today", he would call the shipping co. and give me a call back. No call. Later that evening (06/25/13) I return a missed call, it is from PAUL who identified himself with Bestbuypcs. Paul tells me there will be an additional $159.00 shipping on the TV because it is a "Large Delicate Item". I told PAUL I had already paid $159.00 additional for a TV advertised on their Web Site "With Free Shipping". He then tries to sell me an Extended Warranty for "Half Price" for my trouble.I then tell PAUL just to cancel my order and refund my $3780 since my CC had already been charged. He told me he was not in the "Cancellation Department". I told him I would be contacting my Credit Card Company to dispute the charges. He asked me not to call my Credit Card Co, that LARRY would call me, and he is sure LARRY would honor previous deal.Larry never called. I left message on their "Contact" page (as they were already closed for the day for LARRY expressing my frustration and asked for help. I contacted Bestbuypcs this AM 06/26/13 via their Chat (LARRY) who told me BOB would contact me. BOB apologized but stated some shipping companys charged more for large TVs. I told him just to cancel my order.Bob stated other dealers would also charge more for large TVs. I did not feel comfortable giving my Credit Card Security Code to cancel the order. I contacted my Credit Card company and instituted a dispute. The BBB is next. Save yourself the frustration. This is a DISHONEST Business....."

"I purchased a 92840 model Mitsubishi TV in April of this year from BestBuyPCS. Bob was my salesperson, and worked with me as I was having problems with my bank, concerning releasing the necessary funds. It took most of the day, and Bob was quite polite and professional in aiding me in the transaction. Finally the transaction was completed. The TV was delivered in early May and to this day does not seem to be having any problems, but have yet to try the 3D. We were quite satisfied with BestBuyPCS and would shop with them in the future and recommend their store to friends and family!"

The next day a representative named Bob called us to inform us there was an additional "service Fee" of $200 on our product. After asking him what the 'service fee' was for he said it was for shipping. I explained to him his website said free shipping. He proceeded to tell me that no company in the world ships for free and neither do they. While he was on the phone I typed in his compaines webssite address www.bestbuypcs.com and proceeded to check out again to see what the shipping choices were to see if I had somehow made a mistake.. Again one of the choices was "Free shipping 14-21 days curbside delivery $0.00". Bob then began to explain that, that choice was dropping the TV on the curb with absolutely no prior notice. He asked me if I thought that was a good idea? Which I explained I didn't have any concerns as its your shipping policy and if you want to drop a three thousand dollar brand new TV at my curb with no notice I didn't mind since I'm protected by my credit card company. He then told me shipping was $200.00 if I wanted the TV. We went round and round and he went back and forth either claiming they don't offer free shipping that nobody in the world offers free shipping, or kept trying to say they would ship it for free and just leave it in front of house. Everytime I said fine just do that, he would go back to saying he had to charge me $200 for shipping. We refused to pay $200 for free shipping. He hung up. We called back and cancelled the order. Reading other reviews this is apparently the game they play as it's been reported by many others a description matching our experience."

"I can recommend BestBuyPCS! Perhaps the best test of a retailer/vendor is how problems are handled. Despite white glove delivery and a box in great condition, my 80" TV arrived with a cracked screen. BestBuyPCS began the replacement process immediately. It took some procurement time but in the end I am happy with their service-orientation, follow-through and overall, still the best total price available for this product. BestBuyPCS are a small outfit, but they have proven to me their ability to delivery and serve their clientele. I will use them again!"

"Charged me for a brand new TV, sent me an old used TV. When I complained, they offered to take the TV back. I sent the TV back and they refused to refund."

"Bought a tv from BestBuyPCS. When it arrived it was obvious that the box was opened and previously used. First clue was everything was already together. The remote already had the batteries in it, all of the 3d glasses already had the protective plastic taken off, and everything was already taken out of the bags. I was told that it's a brand new tv, but nothing in the box was close to being new. I would NOT recommend buying a tv from this place.
I wanted to drive to BestBuyPCS and return the tv until I found out there was a 25% restocking fee. So $400 to restock a tv?!? I'm now stuck with a $1500 tv that I do not want. You are better off spending a few extra bucks and buying a tv from a local store like Costco. At least there if you are dissatisfied you can easily return the tv."
